buttons did not work properly got stuck

Love the self cleaning and bottom load features but wish I could set my water bottle on the tray when I re-fill it instead of having to hold at an angle under the spout.

The water cooler was delivered damaged, completely banged up. I guess that’s not Sam’s fault but the delivery company’s fault. It’s still frustrating though because now I have to go through the hassle of returning it

The water dispenser is spacious, my water container fits perfectly. There’s only one faucet for both hot and cold, which is a little inconvenient. After using the hot feature, the water from the cool container tastes odd.

The dispenser was delivered with a damaged vent and 2 of the dispensing buttons were not working. A call to customer service resulted in a you tube link which I was able to fix that problem. Several days later there was a major leak inside the dispenser. Again a call to customer service provided a link to you tube Now that I have fixed those issues the dispenser is working

Easy to load with 5 & (Sam’s Club) 4 gallon jugs of water in the bottom. Only criticisms are the drip tray falls off every time you open the door and the door has no handle or wedge to put your fingers into to open it. I taped the drip pan in place to solve the one problem.

Purchased this item and I’m highly disappointed. Set it up per the instructions and as soon as the water bottle was connected it began to leak from the cold spout. The locking mechanism was hard to operate and when I did get it to work it still didn’t completely stop leaking. I have an older model of this item and NEVER had any issues with it, it’s been over 10yrs now and works like new. Because I ordered it online the local Sam’s Club won’t refund or exchange it. Never again.

It seems to be a fine choice in water coolers. It was easy to unbox and simple directions to get started. We wanted a cooler that provided all three temperatures of water, hot, room and cold. This fits the bill and has a self cleaning mode to boot. So far, so good. 10 years down the road when I need another one, I’d buy this one again.
