Bought this a month ago to replace my sparkletts water dispenser. Works the way its supposed to. Hot water is hot, my only concern is the cold water. You have to wait 2-4 seconds for the cold water to kick in.

Nice product. My only issue is that the "room temperature" water is too cold for my liking. Other than that I love the look and performance of the dispenser.

I like the quality of the water. The cold is good. It's a little noisy, so I had to put something a little heavy on it to stop the buzzing noise. The hot is not hot enough to make a tea with tea bag.

I ave had this about a month, so not a long time user, but it is soooo much better than flipping big bottles over to load my previous water dispenser. Just open front and put pump on the bottle and scoot it into base. I love it!

Keeps water hot, keeps water cold. Early on to decide if self cleaning works but nice when minimally placed in the corner.. much easier to use than a top loader..

I bought this a month ago and really enjoy it, however the cold water is not very cold. Other than that, works very well. Hot water is great for hot chocolate or things like that.

I love how simple it is to change the water. I can not pick up the 5 gallon jug and flip it like on the conventional water coolers. Very nice look and temperature of water is perfect! Great buy overall!

I bought this about a month ago now and we absolutely love it. Water is cold and the hot water is perfect temp for tea or coffee!! Love the Ozone self cleaning option! Highly recommend for the price!

I bought this a month ago and I'm happy with the productuct specially because it has the 3 types of dispenser cold cool and hot. I only wish it had a lock for kids to dont open the bottom part of it. Hot water lock is great when you have kids.
