Bought this on sale at Sam's with free delivery. Convenient to get the refills at Sam's too. Easy to set up and use. Much better than hauling home the gallon jugs of water. Makes me fill better not to be adding to the recycling problem.

I am very happy with this purchase. It looks great! It has been in service for two weeks and works great. It is very quiet. It was very easy to set up and easy to change the water bottle. I highly recommend it.

Easy to replace the bottles, and unlike top loaders, keeps dust and other items from seeping into the water tanks. Very easy to clean, just press a button. It's only been a month, but already glad we replaced the old top loader with this one.

I really love this. It is super easy to install the bottle, it has 3 different temperatures and it has light to guide you where to put the glass at night.

Works great but the cold water is much colder with the hot water turned off. Seems odd they couldnt figure that one out and fix being that is what this machine is made to do.Hot and cold water! But other than that a good product.

I have had this dispenser about a month. It has made my life just a little easier. I no longer have to life and turn over a 5 gallon bottle of water. I live alone and I just had my up th birthday. Great purchase.

Great values. Fantastic bottom loading, to not have to lift the bottles and flip them over is so much easier. What also sold me is the self cleaning feature. I'm very happy with this purchase!

This is my second unit. When I bought the one a few years ago, my husband complained that the water did not get cold enough.......I decided to give this new model of the same unit a try because I liked the look. We are very pleased so far!

It’s garbage. First it was leaking and I had to fix that. Now the cold water doesn’t work. The snowflake might turn on for a few minutes but then it goes off and my water isn’t cold.

Love that there is no more lifting heavy water jugs. Just slide inside the door and ready to go 3 water temperatures is nice the hot gets hot. Self cleaning is awesome!
