Bought this a few weeks ago, then bought the Primo 5 gallon water jug for it last week. It pays to use the Primo water with this machine, primo water is truly the best. Any other water will work too, but primo water totally makes a difference. It is the best around. Also, the primo water jug is the only one that will truly fit the nozzle. You can get water with other jugs, but the suction from the machine will not fit the jug. This machine is easy to install, easy to get water, love the fact that the hot water has a child lock on it and that is self-cleans. I feel like I made a fantastic purchase to both save money and drink better water than what we used to buy with the bottled water from Sam's.

This seems to be a very nice water dispenser. I purchased it to replace a water dispenser that started leaking (not a Primo brand dispenser), and so far I've been pleased with it. I think the hot water could be a little hotter though. I just hope it holds up as well as my previous one!

We bought this for our office, had it for about 2 weeks. I really like that you don't have to lift the water bottles and the 3 different temperatures are nice. Hope it lasts longer than our previous water dispenser the heater burnt out after 1 year, however it was not the same brand.

We need a new frig and my husband wanted the water on the door I did not want to lose the space in the frig I suggested the water dispenser instead and we all love it we drink a lot more water because it is so convenient and the bottom load is wonderful. Even my husband is happy.

So far it works well. I had been price checking bottom loading dispenser's since December and was hesitant to get one. However, when I saw the price Sam's club had it for I could not resist. It has been such a relief to have a bottom loading dispenser!

I purchase the water dispenser to replace the top loader dispenser I was renting. It’s easier for me as the water is loaded at the bottom. Plus I like the fact that it is self sanitizing. I’ve only had it about a month so far, but I haven’t had any issues.

I purchase the dispenser about two weeks ago and simply love it!!! I appreciate it being a bottom load, my previous one was top load. I love the self-cleaning feature as well as the three temperatures and it's quite!!! This purchase is well worth the money!!!

This is a very easy machine to load water onto rather than having to heave a 5 gallon jug over the top-loaders. Only issue is that the water has a slight taste that is a bit plastic-y. It's very slight, though, and barely noticeable. Other than that slight issue, this is a great, inexpensive machine!

Had a Primo all stainless steel bottom load water dispenser for 13 years which I purchased @ Sam’s Club for $89.00!! The hot water stopped working & that’s mostly what I use it for. So I purchased this cooler to replace the former. So far it’s working beautifully! I love the new features! I wouldn’t purchase any other brand. I do not use Primo water, I have 5 gal bottles of “distilled water” delivered. I prefer the taste of distilled water...

We'd had another brand water cooler that lasted about 12 years and we chose this as its replacement. So glad we did! The bottom-loading makes life easier for senior citizens ... you can just roll the 3 or 5 gallon bottle toward the dispenser, and wiggle it into place. No lifting heavy water bottles. The cold and hot dispensers are reliable, and I especially like that the spigot comes off for cleaning!. I'd definitely recommend this...
