Got this on sale for a great price for a bottom-loader dispenser. I like that it has Hot, Cool (room temp) and Cold, and that you have the option to turn off the hot (which I did because it seems like a waster of energy and we don't use it...maybe we will in the winter-time). The only complaint I have is that it's a little noisy while it the compressor is running.

Arrived with very large dent on one side. And very cheap plastic that didn’t line up well with seams or other trim pieces. Could be from whatever cause the dent, or not. It there were definitely exposed plastic edges that shouldn’t have been visible. A little sharp too. Never turned it on, just returned it, which was a hassle. Ended up with a store credit after several attempts to return to the same card used for purchase. Probably my last online purchase with Sam’s.
