Love the quick access to the hot water for coffee and tea. I wish the cold water was a bit colder, but it's good. The awesome part, no more picking up heavy bottles to put in the water cooler and it's self cleaning. I don't adapt to new things quickly, but this one I did.

Arrived well packaged and easy to set up. So far it's working really well dispensing water and loading was exactly has we had hoped for. Having a place to hang the hose for when switching bottles is so useful. Has a slight hum but isn't too loud. Heating for the water is quick but wish the cold water was a bit colder but otherwise fine.

As what my title describes, it's got excellent quality and user friendly (easy to install and use). Looks durable too, like the last one we had (same type and brand, not the self cleaning) that lasted for about 5 years. I can say that my purchase of this item is fairly every penny's worth.

Cooler arrived well packaged, cleaned and ran a sanitize cycle, ran several cups of hot and cold water through the cooler. All went well, but took several days and several cups of water to get rid of the plastic taste. The water now tastes great, be patient the plastic taste will go away.

We ordered this for our tiny studio apartment and it is perfect! I had an issue with it leaking from the spout but i called customer service and they were friendly and very helpful. There was one tiny lever i had to push that got moved during shipping. Wonderful product and price is right!

I love the bottom load feature! No more back breaking top loaders. The hot water is good and hot and the safety feature gives us peace of mind with the grandchildren. I’ve got to have really cold water and Primo came through for me there! An added bonus is that it’s self cleaning. This Primo is nice looking and quiet to operate too...we are very pleased with our Primo purchase!

Bought a new one to replace an older model whose pump was wearing out (lasted 4-5 years). The new one is even quieter than the older model and the LED lighting is helpful. Very satisfied and price at Sam's club is well below what others sell this item for.

We .love our new water cooler. It is so wonderful to no longer have to lift those 5 gallon bottles. Having cool and icy cold water not only gives you options but it also helps with recipes that call for specific temperatures. The added perk is that it is equipped with a self cleaning feature to help with controlling bacteria. It's great!

I love having this dispenser. I love how it has three different temperatures and is so easy to put a new bottle in and take it out. The only downfall for me is that it is low enough for my younger kids to push buttons on and there’s no way to lock it.

I'm wondering how I've gone my whole life without one of these. I have used this thing so much since we purchased a few weeks ago. We're actually using the hot water function a lot more than I thought we would. There's really nothing negative I can say about this. It's very easy to refill and the refills are easy to find. I love it
