This water machine works absolutely awesome! Fits perfect in our apartment and makes it lots easier to drink water. Not only can you get cold water but also hot to make hot chocolate w/o having to heat it up in the microwave. I'd definitely buy again!'

Best purchase we could have made. This cooler is so easy to use and is saying us time and money with not having to purchase and recycle cases of bottled water anymore. I love the fact that it has three temperature settings for hot, cool, or cold and that it is self-cleaning.

I love having this dispenser. I love how it has three different temperatures and is so easy to put a new bottle in and take it out. The only downfall for me is that it is low enough for my younger kids to push buttons on and there’s no way to lock it.

Love it! You can hear the pump running but it's not that loud. The hot water is hot, the cold is cold, no complaints there. There's not much difference between the cold and the room temp. It has started to drip a bit, but there's a reservoir to catch it with a float so you know when to empty it. (This is why I took away one star) Never makes a mess. Looks great as well

This has been a great purchase. You can dispense hot, cool and very cold water. The bottom loading application makes it super easy to use. It’s quite and has a self cleaning feature that we run once a week. If you install the water bottle correctly when you change it, it will not leak at all. Awesome purchase!

I got this to replace an older model of Primo water dispensers that had the bottle on the top. This makes changing the bottle a breeze with it underneath. The water tastes wonderful out of this and is really cold. I love the look of it with the stainless steel and black which makes it so much more stylish than the old white one we had. Very impressed with it

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because it's not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. The cooling motor is a bit louder than expected. You don't notice it really unless it's super quiet. Other than that, it's great, works great, everything else is perfect.

We ordered this frim Sam's due to price and features. We have has it about a month we really like it. We find that we drink more water now and aren't constantly disposing of small water bottles. I think the black and stainless steel blend better than just stainless or all black with our decor. Thanks.

Did a lot of research on options for my house. Sink systems were too cumbersome and took too much room and seemed to waste too much water. This is a great option and since there are many outlets near-by for the water bottles I am pleased. The bottles do weigh 40 lb each so there is a small challange there to get into and out of the car. And the only reason I did not rate 5 stars is because though not loud, the compressor for chilling the water is noticable and seems to run a long time.

It is a really nice water dispenser. Works really well. The water gets extra cold and extra hot. It’s not an eye sore. Very nice looking machine. I have purchased 3 of this same exact dispenser in the past year (1 for myself, 1 for my mom and 1 for my significant other). We all love it!
