Love the quick access to the hot water for coffee and tea. I wish the cold water was a bit colder, but it's good. The awesome part, no more picking up heavy bottles to put in the water cooler and it's self cleaning. I don't adapt to new things quickly, but this one I did.

Absolutely love that it's a bottom load dispenser so not more flipping a heavy bottle, 3 temperature options and self cleaning, couldn't really ask for more. Even came with a coupon booklet for a Free 5 Gallon Jug of Primo water and One Free Refill as well! We had prepared by purchasing one prior to the arrival but we've gone through that so quickly it will be nice to have 2!

I bought this about a week ago and have used it everyday since. It gets hot enough to my liking and cold is just right. No assembly required, easy set up, and slick style. Only down fall is it does get a little noisy at times when its heating up the water, but for the most part quiet.

Bought for our after Christmas present since we are constantly going through water filters for our pitcher & my wife uses a hot water kettle for when she drinks her coffee, hot chocolate, etc she does not kurig types she likes to mix her own stuff in it, anyhow like the looks of it but wish the hot water would get hotter or there was a way to turn it up unfortunately my wife still uses the kettle when she wants hot beverages as she said the water dispenser doesn’t make it hot enough for her

We haven’t had the cooler very long but the cold water comes out very cold, no ice cubes needed. The hot water is so hot (which I love) that if you are making hot tea you won’t be able to drink/sip it right away. Haven’t tried the sanitizing cycle yet since the unit is so new. Hope to have this dispenser for many years.

Got this on sale for a great price for a bottom-loader dispenser. I like that it has Hot, Cool (room temp) and Cold, and that you have the option to turn off the hot (which I did because it seems like a waster of energy and we don't use it...maybe we will in the winter-time). The only complaint I have is that it's a little noisy while it the compressor is running.

I love that it's so quiet whenIt is dispensing water but it would be a lot better if it had a light where it dispenses water and also Earth and also if my 32 oz cup would fit right under it. I have to take off the Is water tray in order for my cups to fit.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star is because it's not as quiet as I would have liked it to be. The cooling motor is a bit louder than expected. You don't notice it really unless it's super quiet. Other than that, it's great, works great, everything else is perfect.

I've only been using this product for about 2 weeks, but so far I am very happy with it. It was easy to set up and it has bells and whistles that my previous dispensers did not have, like the night light and the full drip tray indicator. Above all it has a flat top which can be used to put light objects on. The hot water comes out hot, the cold water is not ice cold, but is cold enough. Hopefully it the dispenser is durable.

This is the best item we've purchased in a long time. Should have done this a long time ago. I drink more water and the unit is unique in that it has a self cleaning dispenser added which others don't have.Easy to setup and use and so convenient with water jug in bottom and out of sight and were older so makes it easier when your not picking up and trying to go upside down with it. Recommend this to anyone,great product so far.
