We use it to fill the coffee maker and provide clear water for soups, etc. Also to refill water bottles rather than continue to buy them and throw them away. The hot water is a bonus - makes good instant hot chocolate. The bottom load feature is nice - those 5 gallon bottles are heavy. Fits nicely beside the kitchen counter and by the back porch door. Free delivery to our door was nice also.

THIS THING IS GARBAGE!!!!! Do not waste your money on this!!! I purchased this and not only did it show up late but it leaked water all over my floor as soon as I plugged it in!!!! Then when I called to get a possible replacement the agent tells me bring it back into the store for a refund.

It is a really nice water dispenser. Works really well. The water gets extra cold and extra hot. It’s not an eye sore. Very nice looking machine. I have purchased 3 of this same exact dispenser in the past year (1 for myself, 1 for my mom and 1 for my significant other). We all love it!

I love this bottom load dispenser, simply because it is "bottom load!" However, it does pour slowly into the glass. We have tried to fix this issue and it works for a few days, but insists on going back to the slow dispensing of water. As I drink several 32 oz. glasses a day, this takes some time to fill. Otherwise the self cleaning feature, the look and the fact that it does accommodate both a water bottle and 32 oz glass is ideal.

Waited a week and finally got the dispenser today. Set everything up and it won’t dispense cold water. You can get room temp and hot but no cold. Figured I’d call tomorrow since it was late and about an hour later there’s water everywhere. Constant drip from the dispenser.

It is a great dispenser. I looked at a lot of them but this one was the best. It has hot water, just right for instant foods or drinks. The cold water is cold, it is almost like drinking water with ice in glass. And of course the regular water is at room temp. It is very quiet, but sometimes you hear the pump running, but it only lasts about 15-30 sec. and it is not loud. It is easy to load. It takes any standard water container 3 or 5 gal. The only think that I wish it would of come with was a light on each of the buttons for hot (red), cold (blue), room temp. (white), or what ever color lighting that Primo wanted to use. But it would help at night. It does have a light at the filling shelf part of the dispenser. The self cleaning works great. You do here it a little while cleaning, but not loud enough to be annoying. It cleans very easy, don't show many if any fingerprints. Of course food fingerprints or food, etc. will show up, but easy to clean. Well worth the cost.

Nice to have, I usually use microwave to heat water if I want make a cup of hot. I have coffee maker but the hot water from coffee maker always have the coffee smell. Now anytime I can have hot water and ice cold water. No more frequently change refrigerator water filter. It is nice to have; only thing I have the complain is really price. The machine really is simple, can be cheaper. Well, everywhere this price and some are more !

I’ve had several Primo coolers. This is the first self cleaning one I’ve had. I don’t find it gets nearly as cold enough as my previous ones. It was 2 dispensers, and while one is a bit colder than the other, it’s not really cold. I’ll be sending this back.

It’s a good looking water cooler, it’s easy to hook water up, no lifting, water is cold or hot. I like the light feature to use in the dark. The water comes out slow and the cold water reservoir seems small as the cold water doesn’t last long. However we drink a lot of water! Just can’t keep up. Overall I like this cooler

Ordered this for my office. The hot water button won't work. It is turned on in the back but the indicator light doesn't come on. Water doesn't come out when you press the button so it's not just an issue of not heating. I'm returning to the store for an exchange. I've had this brand before so I think I just received a defective one. Sam's club customer service was really nice about it being returned without original packaging.
