I’m not into bottle waters as we all know we should be preserving Earth. This is a great way to refill those Hydro Flak and keep your water cold. Best thing you also have instant hot water as well. Ready for you at the top of your fingers! It’s a win win for everyone in your family!

I got this about three weeks ago right before Company was coming for a week, I just attached my third 5 gallon jug. Bottom loading is a great feature, easy on the back. The bottle is easy to attach and slide into the door. The water is cold, and you can turn off the heat feature, I like that. It is also great to have a flat surface for a plant or nothing

Very disappointed. After reading other reviews of how this dispenser has a plastic taste, I still decided to give it a try. BAD IDEA! I've called Primo and ran two cycles of vinegar through it and two 5 gallon bottles of water, and it still tastes awful. I don't think I can return it at this point, so I'm stuck with a machine that I don't use...

This cooler is fantastic. The bottom loading feature makes changing out the 5 gallon jugs a piece of cake, and the constant availability of cold and hot water is a luxury we didn't know we were missing out on. Our water intake has jumped considerably, and we've dramatically reduced the amount of plastic we use since we no longer need the small water bottles. The cooler is quiet, and looks sleek in the house. Love it!

Absolutely love that it's a bottom load dispenser so not more flipping a heavy bottle, 3 temperature options and self cleaning, couldn't really ask for more. Even came with a coupon booklet for a Free 5 Gallon Jug of Primo water and One Free Refill as well! We had prepared by purchasing one prior to the arrival but we've gone through that so quickly it will be nice to have 2!

Arrived well packaged and easy to set up. So far it's working really well dispensing water and loading was exactly has we had hoped for. Having a place to hang the hose for when switching bottles is so useful. Has a slight hum but isn't too loud. Heating for the water is quick but wish the cold water was a bit colder but otherwise fine.

Love the quick access to the hot water for coffee and tea. I wish the cold water was a bit colder, but it's good. The awesome part, no more picking up heavy bottles to put in the water cooler and it's self cleaning. I don't adapt to new things quickly, but this one I did.

This water dispenser worked well at first but the top of the probe doesn’t snap shut anymore like it did the first two times. Not sure if it is secure to the 5 gallon jugs anymore. Plus, it’s noisy unless your wrap the cord around the jug several times.

I love having access to water, instead of lugging gallon bottles. I also love the sleek look. The dispenser is forever cooling or heating water and it doesn't get as 'cold as I would have liked, and I think I should have purchased the more advanced, electronically, Primo dispenser; but the boxing and reboxing changed that thought.

The cool and the cold water features worked perfectly, but everytime I dispensed the hot water, white particles were floating in my cup of hot water. The water dispenser was returned and replaced without any hesitation, but even after I used the self-cleaning feature, the following day, white particles reappeared in my cup of hot water.
