This is a very easy machine to load water onto rather than having to heave a 5 gallon jug over the top-loaders. Only issue is that the water has a slight taste that is a bit plastic-y. It's very slight, though, and barely noticeable. Other than that slight issue, this is a great, inexpensive machine!

This seems to be a very nice water dispenser. I purchased it to replace a water dispenser that started leaking (not a Primo brand dispenser), and so far I've been pleased with it. I think the hot water could be a little hotter though. I just hope it holds up as well as my previous one!

Very good looking unit but low price is indicative of quality. Works well enough, dispenses hot/cool/cold water as promised. Tank door does not stay closed, plastic latch is not adjustable so you have to bend entire door a little so it catches. Light does not work either. Cannot say how their service is as I have not contacted Sam's Club yet about these issues.

Dispenser works great, but it’s a little noisy. We bought this as an additional dispenser. And this model is a decent amount noisier than the other Primo dispenser we currently have. That one is a “bottle on top” model… but the hot and cold functions should be the same? But again, this one is noisy and the other one basically silent.

I've had this dispenser for about a month and love it. The bottom load water bottle is something I can do, rather than lifting and putting it on top. Also it gives me a flat top to keep a display of teas for visitors. The cold water is cold and the hot is hot. It runs quietly in my work office. Also the lighted display is really cool.

I bought this a month ago. I’m very happy with it. I love the fact that it’s a bottom loading, for the water. Easy to set up. Easy to use. It’s not whisper quiet when the cooling unit is working, but once it’s cold, then it’s quiet. Very sleek design.

I have only had this water dispenser for a little over 2 weeks but I already love it. Not having to pick up the water bottles and inverting them is great because I am a senior. Cold water is very cold and that is great. Hot water is great for a quick cup of tea at any time.

Easy set up, easy loading, and I'm very pleased with this purchase. I have still had some times that I have had buy bottled water, but not near as much. Refilling the large bottles is a challenge from time to time, but overall worth it. And finding the water refill stations was easier than I thought. There are two near my home

So far I seems like a very good water dispenser. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks now. It could be too soon to review this product. What I can say is it seems to me that both the cold and the just out of the bottle cool water is really just as cold as the refrigerated cold. I don’t really mind that they both are just as cold. The hot is really hot which is perfect for what we need the hot water for. So far it’s a good machine. I can’t speak for the self cleaning I only used it once when we changed the bottle. I’m not sure what it’s doing but it does make a pretty loud noise while it’s cleaning the machine.

So far this water cooler has just started to leak water out of the sides twice since I bought it 2 months ago. And it's not a small leak... it pours water out of the sides and front and inside where the water bottle is located. I have to unplug it and remove the water stem from the water bottle in order for the water to stop leaking out. After I allow it to dry out and replug it back in... it seems to work as described. If this happens once more... I'm going to return it to Sam's.
