My only complain is that it leaves your carpet wet. I tried to get the moisture out by multiple suctions but still it's wet. It took a day to dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine has a ton of power! I had stains on my car seats for years that I just tried getting out and with a few rounds of cleaning, about 95% of the stains are gone. It's very exciting and I feel like I have a new car again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although Bissell makes great vacuums, the suction on this carpet cleaner is decidedly lacking. The spray and scrub aspects are fine but even after reading the troubleshooting portion of the manual and reseating the dirty water container, I was only able to vacuum about 1/4" of dirty water from an entire container of cleaning water, on my knees and using two hands to hold the head firmly against the carpet and drawing it back slowly as directed. I ended up using a space heater and dehumidifier to dry a small area rug.

This is our second time that we've bought one of these machines. Had one many years ago when we had pets and it was great for instant spot removals.

It's small and I wasn't sure what to expect, but it cleaned the carpet on my stairs beautifully. Also having a two year old and a white sofa this is a must lol. I am looking forward to the nicer weather to use this in our vehicles as well. I'm so very happy with my purchase.

Works ok. Attachments do not stay secure to the attachment holder (the ones not in use, not the one in use) attachment holder for those that are not in use is pretty flimsy. Bought it because the "proheat" nomenclature made it seem like it had a heating element, but it does not. Per the instructions on the oxyboost additive solution, you'll have to buy that to add to the regular cleaning solution if you want to get any stains out. Works well enough for what it is though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great spot cleaner. I have rugs on tile. Wish I had of purchased the upright cleaner due to some of my rugs are large. I wish it had a attachment so you could clean standing due to kneeling or on your knees being up in my years.

Some items need a cleaning before you can restore/ paint or enhance. This machine is perfect fir the job as well as pet accidents.

I am a senior in a fairly small unit, and these qualities are important to me There is just one thing I have not figured out yet, and that is whether I am.getting all the solution out of the rug.
