I really like this cleaner for my couch. My daughter got sick on my couch and I cleaned the couch the best I could. There was still a really bad smell on the couch. I went to the store and bought this machine. This machine did are really good job cleaning the smell and stains off my couch. It also cleaned some hard ground in stains of our carpet. I recommend this product.

It does take more than one round of the machine to get the super tough stains out - if you don't mind a bit of elbow grease I definitely recommend this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In a house with carpeted stairs and a cat I was looking for a carpet shampooer that would let me clean spots as they happen. I already have a full sized carpet cleaning machine but it's such a pain to pull out for quick clean ups that I usually don't unless it's Spring Cleaning time. I had seen the Bissell Little Green ProHeat machine before and thought that I might be a good tool to have around the house. It was small and portable, and a brand I was familiar with. The machine comes in a box pretty much put together except for attaching the tubes and brushes. There is a tag hanging on the machine with visual instructions for attaching these items. Very easy. Since I've used a carpet cleaning machine before I just went for it. I added the recommended amounts of liquid and started cleaning. My first thought was to clean our stairs but instead I cleaned the floor of our master bedroom closet and then tackled a spot near my daughter's room. The machine was very easy to use. I sprayed and then used the hose with the brush attachment to suck up the liquid. You go over the spot several times to get up as much liquid as possible. Then I put one of our big box fans facing the carpet to dry it. It looks nice and it was quick and easy. The machine also comes with a hose cleaning thingy. There is not much information on how to use it. I know it's probably pretty easy but still would like a quick video showcasing this as it's new to me. I wish the little booklet it comes with had more information on using the machine. There are videos online to help you use it but I would have liked that information in the book. I like that it is small and portable. My mom wants to borrow it so this will make it easy to take over to her house.

It's small, yet it's powerful and the fact that it gets the water hot is a big plus. The suction works great it takes no time for the spot to dry. It's so easy and portable I actually used it to clean the carpets in my car also. And all you have to do is rinse it out and let it dry when you're done it stores easily in a small space such as under a cabinet, or in a closet.

I used it to clean the headrests in my car where hair products, sweat, and dust have built up. This cleaned it like a pro!!! I thought i was going to have to take it to a cleaner!!! I cleaned both head rests in under an hour! I would recommend this to anyone who breathes! Its so easy to set up and use!! I love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my trusty 10+ year old little green. First impressions were great - really good spot cleaner, with good suction. But... took it out a couple of weeks ago to address a pet mess. As I sucked up, there was suddenly an unusual amount of water coming out of the hose at the nozzle end. The hose had failed, and had a 1/2" split. Quick check of the failure location showed why - the hose length is just slightly less than it should be. The had always made seating the hose nozzle in its storage spot slightly frustrating, but I always got it back in eventually. However this created stress where the hose bent slightly (the bend location is intentional.) - very clear design flaw. (Quick search online confirmed that other users had encountered the same issue.) I probably used in no more than once a month in the 18 months I had it. Extremely disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this cleaner. I've wanted to buy one for a while now because I have a few upholstered furniture pieces that needed cleaning. I wasn't willing to have it done professionally. The Little Green Proheat works great on my furniture. It is easy to maneuver and the machine itself is lightweight. One con is that I thought Proheat meant that the water would be heated, which it does not do. You have to pour hot water into the machine. However, the water still seems to spray out cold water. Another con is that the suction is not what I expected. I thought it would have been much stronger and powerful. However, it did a great job cleaning my furniture and I will continue using this cleaner on certain items in the house and car.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love small carpet cleaners, but this one disappointed me. To me, ProHeat means there will be some form of warming of the water, no. It's cold water always which does nothing to help get the stains out. It's small and compact with a good design, I guess I'm just missing my little green machine.

Based upon my use of this Bissell SPOTCLEAN LITTLE GREEN PROHEAT Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner Model 2513G, I give it a 3 out of 5 stars. I found the assembly of the product very easy to follow per instructions provided. This product has the ability for the use of a total of 7 different cleaning head attachments which only 2 are provided with the product. This particular product came with a 3" Touch Stain Tool and a 3-N-1 Star Tool. Other attachments are available per the manufacturers website. I tested this product on two residual pet/cat stains whereas normal blotting and hand cleaning failed to remove all the stain. Much to my surprise of just waiting 5 minutes after applying the spay mixure and light scrubbing using the 3" Touch Stain Tool the two spots were completely removed! At this point I was at a 5 out of 5 star review with the following information dropping it to 3 out of 5 stars. In my situation my primary use of this product would be for the use of pet stains. Knowing the main type of cat pet stains is for the clean-up of hair-balls this product does not come with the much needed Stain Trapper Tool. Looking at the manufacturer's website this one cleaning head costs 1/2 the total cost of the product itself. Not having this Stain Trapper Tool would require me to manually clean most of the solid stain residue by hand before using the product. This was not my intent for the use of a carpet and upholstery spot cleaner. Now I am at a 3.5 out of 5 star rating. The last 1/2 star deduction lies with the inability to have the clean water/solution tank dry in a timely manner. The opening of the tank is very small and recessed not allowing all the water to completely drain out of the tank. This required manual evaporation of the clean water/solution tank which took 36 hours. In summary, this is a great product for the removal of small liquid only stains. I have taken care of this unit and cleaned it after every use. I followed Bissells trouble shooting tips multiple times and now I have to replace the pump for a SECOND time and I've only used this product less than 10 times. Complete waste of money and I will be looking at other brands and never waste my money on another Bissell product again.
