I've had this for over a year. Does well on spot carpet cleanup. Have dog and cat. Also works well on furniture. Have 4 grandkids under 9. Couldn't do the cleanup this does any other way.

First use was great. Needed right when i ordered it. Second use after the return date it is trash. It is sucking up the water to my floor from a leak in the hose. Do not buy.
