It's easy to use and a practical size for storage. Not too heavy either. It's durable and easy to clean out the water.

I use it to clean spots from my carpets and throw rugs. I have never had a problem with any of my machines. My work place bought a hoover spot cleaner that I use but I checked reviews on the hoover and they weren't good. Bissell is a name I can trust

I already cleaned all the seats in my car and my couch and both sucked out tons of nasty stuff. The heat went out in my old machine but I needed one for our cabin so I bought a brand new one for my main home. These machines are a life (and carpet!) saver when it comes to pet messes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the machine to clean the carpet on my stairs. It was satisfying to see all of the dirt that came out (after I had just vacuumed). Well designed and thought out (all attachments had storage spots and the cors wraps were perfect).

I used my little green pro heat machine on my hallway steps. When I was coming downstairs from using my bissel crosswave I hit it on the corner and lost all of my dirty water on the stairs and over the floor. I couldn't stand the dirty/ black stain that was left on the stairs from the water. So I did the research on the green machine and decided to buy it cause I loved my crosswave. When it finally came in and tried it I was just impressed that the stain came right out. I have been already looking for my parts (filter, brush) if I need them so I'm never without my bissel.

It does nott clean deep enough, even after several passes. It also leaves behind an enormous amount of water in carpets and furniture after several passes which attracts dirt as it dries. When you only suck up 1/2 of the water you use, it makes you wonder if doing it by hand would be better.

Gentle on fabric, and absolutely no streaking. I will never be without one again. Thanks Bissell, you should be proud of all your products.
