Great little product and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Bravo! I cleaned my staircase first thing and I found that it did a great job. The tools were easy to use. The unit could have used a different cord, it's too short to use without an extension cord for most applications, but the cord is long enough to get in the way. I would have liked to see a retractable cord or just a small stub, seeing how you would likely need an extension cord anyway.

I use it to clean spots from my carpets and throw rugs. I have never had a problem with any of my machines. My work place bought a hoover spot cleaner that I use but I checked reviews on the hoover and they weren't good. Bissell is a name I can trust

All the tools attach to the machine, and the feature that I think is best, is the hose can be cleaned out when you're done. Genius! Thank you Bissell for your little miracle machine. Love it!

I used the Little green machine on them and after just one wash they are looking better! Since the stains are old they didn't go away completely but i know after a few more washes they will be like new!! #sweepstakes

As soon as she opened it she put it to use on a white area rug that the dog had thrown up on a week earlier. There were still traces of a stain. The Bissell cleaned the area and made it look good as new! Now she has to clean the rest of the area rug.

It is great when you have 2 messy boys running around with Juice spilling it everywhere, I get my little green machine out and clean it up super quick! It also has gotten all the set in dried up stains that I had in my couches for months super fast and easy only used it once on my couch and all the stains were gone from a cream colored couch! Great product, i love it.
