[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn't remove the normal dirt on the arms of our couch nor did it remove any other normal stains. I haven't tried it on pet urine. It did spread a stain to a larger area which I now have to address. My expectations have not been met.

The link for tracking was not working so dont panic like me it will come fast. Im gonna buy from bissel again for sure. Thank you

No loose parts to keep track of. It does the job and makes everything a lot quicker. I also like that it doesn't take up much space. No complaints so far.

This machine is much easier to use, and a bit lighter in weight, which is nice. I used the Pro OXY Spot & Stain Formula, and 5 day old stains from one of our rescue rabbits came out beautifully! (Tried a new treat that did NOT agree with him!). The only negative: When cleaning up, I attached the tool provided and followed the instructions, but the hose did not get as clean as I would like. Overall, very happy with my purchase. I, and the rabbits who now again have a spotless carpet to lounge on, definitely recommend! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially purchased this through Bissells website however after a week of no updatesand no idea when I would receive it, I canceled the order and bought at Canadian Tire (it was actually cheaper at CanadianTire anyways). It's a good little cleaner so far. My 5 star review is for the machine (not the experience with Bissell).

Needless to say, our allergies have been terrible and so we bought this product to clean the carpets, pillows, couches, etc. Not only does it do an amazing job and is easy to use, it's so much fun to see how much dirt it takes out!!! Our only regret is not buying it sooner, as we can clearly see a difference in our carpets :)

I already cleaned all the seats in my car and my couch and both sucked out tons of nasty stuff.
