But, i'm such a better do it my self person. When i tell you guys this little carpet cleaner was so easy to use and so powerful. It truly deep cleaned my car and after that i cleaning my couches and small carpet. Made me want to clean everything and just seeing the dirt come out. I LOVE THIS LITTLE GREEN CARPET CLEANER.

Used it on our couch once and you can already see the improvements. This portable cleaner was easy to use when following the directions and convenient. We will try it on our truck's seats next. Extremely happy with my purchase.

Great little product and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Bravo! I cleaned my staircase first thing and I found that it did a great job. The tools were easy to use. The unit could have used a different cord, it's too short to use without an extension cord for most applications, but the cord is long enough to get in the way. I would have liked to see a retractable cord or just a small stub, seeing how you would likely need an extension cord anyway.

I soaked the area with the provided solution for 15 minutes and went TWICE with the vacuum. The stain is still visible on the carpet but disgusting water did pour out! When it's wet, it looks completely gone but I may have to soak & clean one more time before the stain is completely removed. I got the proheat because it was said to heat the water (more effective) but the instructions also told me to put in warm water (???).

She is just staring out with a new house, married for only a year and little savings left after the purchase of the house for new furniture. We figured we would buy the Little Green and give it a try. We are so impressed with how well it worked for such a small machine, and the pet stain/spot remover left the couch smelling fantastic. No more urine smell, no more stains almost like new. My daughter and I are very happy with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this for cleaning carpet on my stairs. The machine is easy to assemble using the directions provided. I filled the machine with a full tank not knowing how much I would need to clean each step. I realized quickly that the spray comes from the underside of the hose handle and that I needed to spray the most soiled areas first, turn the machine off as I use the attachments to brush the carpet, turn the machine back on to vacuum up the liquid from the wet carpet. I was surprised to see how much liquid is sucked up as I ran the attachment over and over the carpet. I was able to do 3 stairs on one tank. The stairs look really good considering the carpet is 20 years old!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we moved to a new state a couple months ago, I gave away my old Bissell Green Machine - I had it for years and it was on its last legs. After we got settled in our new home with a large ivory area rug, I decided it was time to get a new machine. Although our dog is housebroken, he does throw up from time to time. So I researched the new Bissells and decided on the 2513G. The day it arrived I read the instructions, put it together and tucked it into our hall closet. Not 5 hours later, our dog threw up on our new rug and while I was picking it up he threw up again! I got out my brand new Bissell and couldn't BELIEVE how well it got rid of everything! In no time at all I couldn't tell where the spot was. I love this machine and have stocked up on the cleaner that came with it. This machine saved the day!
