Our previous refrigerator was on its last legs, so we were excited to get a new LG one. The best feature is the depth and capacity, as there is plenty of room for what we need for our family and with the design, it’s easier to find and grab items. We also love the dual ice makers in the door and in the freezer. Another cool feature is being able to link to the LG ThinQ app which allows us to monitor temperatures, be alerted if a door is left open, and program energy-saving features. We arranged delivery, removal (of old), and installation through LG and were very satisfied with the service. The team was professional and friendly, installed fairly quickly, gave us some quick tips (e.g. replace water filter every 6 months and dump the 1st 2.5 gals water for best results), and answered all of our questions. Loving it so far! I love how much I can fit in this fridge. It's not too much larger than my previous refrigerator but the design of the space is amazing. I love the deep sturdy shelves, and even the smallest shelves underneath, making use of all space available and perfect for the kids cheese snacks. The ice makers work great and makes a ton of ice. We just hosted the 4th of July and had plenty of ice for everyone the whole night. I also LOVE how easy it is to install/change the water filter. In the past I always had to have my husband figure that out but this one is right in the door and super quick and easy. The freezer is also a nice size and holds much more than I expected. I also love the app that allows you to connect to the fridge and change/monitor various features. A couple of things I would work on for future models: Produce drawers stick a little if too much weight like a couple gallons of milk/juice/etc are placed on shelves above. The left door handle (door that ice maker is on) feels as though it has a vibration in it sometimes. I'm not sure if this happens on all of them, if it is because of the ice maker or maybe an installation issue, but it does not affect the use of the refrigerator so it's only a small observation in general. Just found it a little strange. Finally, I would like to see the water spout moved just a little further back to prevent spillage when using smaller mouth cups (like kids cups) and pushing the button with your cup. Not a big deal overall. In general, I love this fridge and look forward to lots of great use of it for years to come. Being in one of the hotter California areas, it is especially integral to us to have consistent access to ice and water. Ice is accessible through the freezer portion of the fridge, as well as an ice maker located inside. This fridge features an extra compartment separating the ice maker, ensuring there is no strong fridge smell. Installation was relatively quick and easy. This is the first LG appliance we have purchased other than our smart TV. We replaced a 12 year old GE Profile Refrigerator with this 31 cu. ft. LG French Door refrigerator and couldn’t be more happy with our choice. This is the roomiest fridge we’ve ever owned with nice deep shelves and plenty of gallon storage on the door. Most importantly, the LG is so much quieter than our GE and I believe much more efficient as it doesn’t run the compressor as often as our old unit. Overall, a great buy with features typical of much more expensive models!

Just got this today and right off the bat I didn't realize that it was much deeper than a standard depth I had before. It was about 4" deeper than my last 36" wide LG standard depth. It just barely fit down my hallway to the kitchen even with the doors removed. Overall I am loving the look of the fridge and interior space is good. However the door bins while deep aren't that adjustable in that I cannot fit taller ingredient bottles except for the lowest bin where it's meant to fit milk jugs. Connect features are cool and it's good to get door ajar notifications in case some didn't close a door and left. Biggest peeve so far is the light for the water and ice dispenser is really dim. I hope something is wrong there because it's so fun that it's barely noticeable even at night. Is it possible it was installed incorrectly after they removed it?
