Loving it so far! I love how much I can fit in this fridge. It's not too much larger than my previous refrigerator but the design of the space is amazing. I love the deep sturdy shelves, and even the smallest shelves underneath, making use of all space available and perfect for the kids cheese snacks. The ice makers work great and makes a ton of ice. We just hosted the 4th of July and had plenty of ice for everyone the whole night. I also LOVE how easy it is to install/change the water filter. In the past I always had to have my husband figure that out but this one is right in the door and super quick and easy. The freezer is also a nice size and holds much more than I expected. I also love the app that allows you to connect to the fridge and change/monitor various features. A couple of things I would work on for future models: Produce drawers stick a little if too much weight like a couple gallons of milk/juice/etc are placed on shelves above. The left door handle (door that ice maker is on) feels as though it has a vibration in it sometimes. I'm not sure if this happens on all of them, if it is because of the ice maker or maybe an installation issue, but it does not affect the use of the refrigerator so it's only a small observation in general. Just found it a little strange. Finally, I would like to see the water spout moved just a little further back to prevent spillage when using smaller mouth cups (like kids cups) and pushing the button with your cup. Not a big deal overall. In general, I love this fridge and look forward to lots of great use of it for years to come. So old fridge gave up after 20 years. Sticker shock on prices of new one's. I was going to cheap out with a basic side by side. Wife went withe me and we ended up with this LG for quite a bit more money. After three weeks and learning all the features the extra $$$ was well worth it. Works well and is awesome. Would buy again

So far so GREAT ! Bought a month ago and working perfectly. My wife loves all the room in the freezer compartment. I love the dual ice makers…never run out of ice on the weekend. The Thin-Q app is a great tool I can monitor the filters and the ice production. Very pleased with our choice.

Just got this today and right off the bat I didn't realize that it was much deeper than a standard depth I had before. It was about 4" deeper than my last 36" wide LG standard depth. It just barely fit down my hallway to the kitchen even with the doors removed. Overall I am loving the look of the fridge and interior space is good. However the door bins while deep aren't that adjustable in that I cannot fit taller ingredient bottles except for the lowest bin where it's meant to fit milk jugs. Connect features are cool and it's good to get door ajar notifications in case some didn't close a door and left. Biggest peeve so far is the light for the water and ice dispenser is really dim. I hope something is wrong there because it's so fun that it's barely noticeable even at night. Is it possible it was installed incorrectly after they removed it?

But it has just what I need, so I'm very satisfied. The ice dispenser is quiet and makes 3 different sizes/types of ice, which my child loves. I am not a person who prefers smart functions in kitchen appliances, but its app function is simple and satisfactory. When it connected to an app on a cell phone, the refrigerator's status is notified. For example, Sometimes my 6-year-old doesn't close the refrigerator door properly. App notifies you if the refrigerator door is not closed properly or if the water in the water purifier has not been used for a while. I haven't checked all the features of the app yet, but I'm satisfied with it because it's not too complicated and it's easy to use. I love this refrigerator and highly recommend. Ice machine - Our last one took a long time to make ice and did not make very much, but this one makes ice very quickly! The kids love the crushed ice setting AND the additional ice machine in the freezer section has been great during this very hot summer. 2. Lots of Storage - With a family of 5, space is always needed and with this fridge, there is plenty of space for snacks, fresh produce, and beverages. The storage bins are large which is helpful with the amount of fresh fruit and veggies we purchase and there is plenty of shelf space for all of our condiments. 3. Look of the fridge - I love the look of the fridge. It is sleek and fits in very nicely with our other appliances stainless steel appliances. Bought this 9 months ago and just installed in new aprartment and found water on floor.Called Lg and explaned the issue and Nobody seems to be able to fix this because there is no repair shop in the area.Have a case # but noby wants to get back to me on when it will be fixed.Also Had a date for someone to come out and look then got a text saying canceled,and it wasn't by me.DISSAPOINTING

We purchased the LG LRFXS3106S as a replacement for our old LG (LFX31945ST), which had a great split/adjustable shelf feature. Unfortunately, this new model lacks that flexibility—its fixed shelves make it difficult to store tall items like gallon containers, leaving only the side door as an option. The water dispenser also feels awkward to use with larger glasses or containers. We love LG appliances, but this shelving design is a step back compared to our older model. It would be great if LG offered an optional split shelf for this fridge.
