This french door refrigerator is well designed and constructed. It is quiet running, which is really important. The 3-part ice maker is wonderful and tucked away, resulting enormous freezer space.

Excellent and great design. LG APP works well. Max size is great for storing food and everything else that recommends refrigerator.

We live in the very warm summer climate of Southeast Texas. We use quite a bit of ice in the summer, especially when entertaining guests. This refrigerator, with 2 ice makers, makes it easy to keep enough ice on hand. It makes ice very quickly and it is very quiet when it drops the ice into the bins! The inside of the fridge is very roomy and there is plenty of room for all the food you need from day to day. The bottom freezer has more than enough room for all your frozen foods even though the ice bin is inside of it. I am so happy I purchased this fridge and so is my husband. it serves our needs very well and even more!!! Would recommend to anyone looking for a roomy fridge and one that keeps a lot of ice ready to be used!!!

Holds a lot, with many options to change the spacing around. Personally, my favorite part is the dual ice machine. The ice machine in the freezer is great. Makes bigger cubes than the door ice machine. Love how the door ice machine and water dispenser is set and works great! Love the drawers and space in the freezer. The cubic space is very much appreciated with this refrigerator.

The shelves and drawers are well organized, making it easy to store groceries. It keeps food fresh, runs quietly, and the temperature is consistent. Cleaning is simple, and the controls are easy un use. The Freezer has plenty of space, and the water dispenser works well. Overall, it's a reliable refrigerator with excellent storage and great performance. I would definitely recommend it.

My previous unit had better interior lighting. It was lit from above and the sides. That was much better. I love the dual ice bins. I have a large family and they were always using up the ice faster than the other fridge could make it. This unit keeps up just fine.

This lg was fairly easy to set up and in added it easily to the lg app, although the features are pretty basic its expected from a fridge. Everything from putting on the door handles to the water filter were easy to put together. Overall the fridge works well but there are a few things that its missing. First is the interior door with the water line has the tiniest capacity with only small bottles being able to be stored Another issue is the lack of customization. For example there were shelves in my last fridge that could be split so you could make space for taller items like cakes without removing the whole thing or a little pouch in the freezer to door to separate out things. The water filter leaves the water tasting odd and I feel the ice maker is anemic. Its too early to tell about reliability. There are positives though. It looks great. The inside is bright and spacious. It keeps temperature well. All essential things. Overall, its a decent fridge but lacking some convenience features I miss.

External Water and ice dispenser is not as responsive. Not intuitive. There is one spot to press which you have to do so multiple times to move selection from water to ice, either cubed or crushed. Could have been better designed.

For over 2 months, we have been trying to get water filter bypass. LG has sent 2 and neither of the work. We want to bypass the filter in the refrigerator because it is already being filtered by our RO system. The filter in the fridge makes to water in the door flow extremely slowly to the point we don't use it! It is extremely frustrating to not be able to use the water dispenser on the feidge.

Bought this fridge 7 months ago. Loyal LG customers for 14 years. Our old fridge broke and needed a replacement, called lg that need a new fridge, an agent gave me this fridge as a "direct comparison" to the one that broke. Went to 3 different stores but they didn't have the fridge on the floor, finally bought it with the store from on-line as trusted recommendation from LG person. 2 weeks after something was wrong with shelves and we found out the fridge was discontinued – no wonder couldn’t find it in the store. After 2 months fridge started making different noises but thought with dual ice maker(old one didn't have it) this must be the case. After about 6 months noticed wet/destroyed panel outside the fridge, pulled the fridge out and noticed that on the left bottom corner is a vent/register to cool the fridge (old one didn't have it) and this ventilation damaged the panels, walls. Called LG and a nightmare started, nobody is willing to help. Be aware when problem starts, no help from LG. Very disappointing!
