Horrible shipping experience

Absolutely horrible shipping experience. Had to schedule a day, and it didn't not come on that day. It was 5days late with no updated tracking info until the day it was delivered! Then they put it at the END of my driveway.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago and it came today. Unfortunately the pallet it was delivered on was snapped. And more than 8 pieces were broken in the box.
