This is a 2-3 day build. Hardware is in box 5. Unfortunately, in order to get started you do have to open every single box and start sorting, parts for each step are scattered throughout every box. It's nice, the kids love it, but it is smaller than the pictures. We spent a couple hours before dark sorting on day 1. On day 2 we completed the bulk of the build (framing the two forts and connecting them). Then spent an hour or so on the 3rd day just doing the bridge %26 the swing arm. Finished the rest in a few hours on the 4th day. So really 2 1/2 days for the project since we only had a couple hours available on the 1st %26 3rd day. Definitely a 2 person project!

Our grandson is having the time of his life on this. Very tedious to put together, but in the end it looks beautiful.

Overall a good product at a great price. The directions are OK. The Tube slide is brutal to assemble.

The directions were a little hard to follow and were missing a couple pages. But the over all product is great and my 3 year old loves it.

Happy with the purchase. Some wood parts were damaged nothing over the top or worth sending back for replacement. It was easy to assemble.

Instructions were horrible, couldn't read part numbers, wood is cheap cracked when screwed, just over all totally bad experience ...

This swingset arrived undamaged. Instructions were detailed and accurate. Assembly takes a long time but is doable by following instructions closely. I split one piece of wood during assembly but they replaced it quickly.
