There was a bent hook for the swing. the long beam for the swings has a crack all the way across the beam, along with one of the other long post crack all the way up. The rounded slide didn’t match up took three hours to get it together I tired to upload a video and pictures keeps saying to large to attach

Overall a wonderful addition!!! Be prepared to spend a decent amount of time or money to install it. We used a company and it was very expensive to install since it's so large. It took them 10 hours. Also, I would say the swings are pretty close together which is a tiny bit troublesome if someone goes crooked. My kids love the set and the quality is very good.

Purchased this for my granddaughter and it is amazing. It does come completely disassembled and take 2 days to put together with 2 people. The directions are not exact and the tube slide directions do not match the instructions leaving you to figure it out on your own. Once together it is an excellent product.

Good value, this play set is very cute. The materials could be better quality, but still a great value for the price. We followed all instructions and it feels nice and sturdy. It did take a couple days to build but it was fun, you need patience and good weather. The kids are sure to enjoy this for quite some time, Lord willing.

Great for the kids. The tube slide alone is a lot of fun and the tunnel is a new hang out spot for my daughter. Make sure you have someone that you get along with very well to build this with though. I can see putting this together running some friendships. Once inventoried, place like pieces together as it doesn't matter what pieces are in what box. It would've saved us a good 30 minutes looking for pieces.

Took about 35-40 hours to build. The first day was spent opening all the boxes and sorting all the wood, hardware, and plastic pieces. It would have been impossible without doing that first. After all is said and done, it looks nice and the kids (ages 2 and 4) like it. Hoping it will last through the years.

This is a great playset! We bought it for our 4 and 2 year old. It takes quite a while to put together, but the directions are easy to follow and it’s really easy to do. The tube slide was the toughest part to attach to the swing set. There is so much for the kids to do. They stay busy and don’t get bored easily.

Overall very sturdy structure. Took 2 adults nearly 40 hours, with the help of a 3rd person for 8 hours. Can’t over emphasize that following the directions more closely would have resulted in a little less time spent redoing some of the work. The shipper delivered to the back of our house through the alley which was a huge help! One minor item was missing from the boxes which we can purchase for under $10 so overall happy with the play structure and the experience.

The kids absolutely love this! They spend hours in the backyard playing everyday. It has a steering wheel, a telescope , two kitchens/playhouse areas , two swings and a swing bar , three slides ; one of which is a tube slide, two rock walls to climb up and a tunnel to climb through. Setup has a bunch of pieces and you definitely need more than one person. Takes a few full days to build following step by step instructions . I'd say at least a full three days, but considering how big it is it's TOTALLY worth it. On a pallet delievered it is I believe 8 boxes with two boxes that are 150 pounds the rest are smaller increments . The grand total of weight on pallet via delivery said about 780 pounds . Truck said they could deliver in driveway in front of garage as they have to use pallet Jack and leave it on pallet. Overall best investment in my sanity . I now own the closest thing to a park in my backyard without worrying about the germs and my kids getting sick everytime we go play.

Our kids love it! It took about 4 days total to put together. It arrived in multiple boxes and after sorting each board by number and organizing piles I organized all of the hardware on a patio table-that was day one. It took at least 2 people to assemble. Some parts of it were harder to assemble than others but it wasn’t bad, just tedious. My only issue was the delivery company, they emailed me the day before it’s scheduled delivery date and said if I had my own skid loader they could deliver it on that date, if not I had to wait 3 more days. Fortunately we do have one so my husband had to unload it. For what we pay I think they should be able to deliver it on time and get it out themselves. Overall we are happy with our purchase.
