Ok the final product is great my douther love wife too im not lie but put togeter was a experience just take the time for identify all the number on the wood the big green tunel defenitly need bigger scrus go to ace 5 dlls fix my problem very solid is big im impress im 275 pounds and 5.11 and this ting is solid ...im use drill and torke drill is faster ... I can be on the big house and play whit my douther no problem at all im verry happy I check every were for a good play set this is the best for a pro entry lever the size on price is great make sure drill when say drill make sure level when say level and dont worry you can do it I make in 3 days 6 or 8 hrs but rocks im very hapy I put picks of the final product is amazing you guys rocks ....

This is a nice swing, but takes forever to put together. It took my husband and I 34+ hours to put together. So sod the items were mislabeled. The screws that come with it break easily. We put on the stakes with the screws and then a day later I saw them on the ground. The screws literally broke in half. We have had this about 3 months now and the same thing happened to the screws that attach the slide (1/2 the screw is stuck in the wood where the pre drilled holes are, and we are now going to have to make our own holes in the slide). The screws broke that are holing out took on too. We have just been having to go buy more heavy duty screws at the hardware store as we find the broken ones. The kids sinks have no drain hole and will hold water when it rains. Overall though the kids love it!!!

Did not receive all the parts. No plastic parts have arrived. Filed a claim have not heard back yet.

Took about the 28 hours it said it would easy to follow directions shipped in 8 sectios and all togther pleanty of hardware. Looks beautiful and the kids love it!

Its a really good product. I was just thinking it was going to be a lot bigger. I was a little disappointed when we got done building it because in the picture it looks a lot bigger. But we are happy with the purchase.

Purchased 3 years ago and falling apart! Not worth the $ spent purchasing and $ hiring 2 build. Cheap materials, stain didn't last 1 year! This is the 3rd set purchased but by far the worst! I could go on and on about how horrible this set is.

We unboxed everything and set out all the parts - the wood boards were not cut correctly and do not fit together like they should. Unable to return so now we just have a pile of playscape parts we can't use.

Instructions are not clear, parts don't fit, we had to buy so many extra pieces for this - absolutely do not recommend. Wind picked it up while partially assembled since there is no way to secure it while it's being built and smashed it. 0/10.

I purchased this product 3 weeks ago and it came today. Unfortunately the pallet it was delivered on was snapped. And more than 8 pieces were broken in the box.
