I bought this almost a month ago and the instructions are out of order, the assembly is inconsistent and hard to understand in some places. Pieces that go together aren’t in the same box. Every box had to be opened for just the first assembly. Needs to be organized better.

The directions were terrible. We had to hire two builders and it took them 3 full days. All the parts were that went together were in different boxes. The wood was Brocken. It was way smaller than looked in pictures. It’s cute but very cheesy. Lucky if it lasts a year. Very disappointed for the money I paid. I’ve always had very good luck with Sams products. This was terrible.

Light pressed wood feels like foam

We just bought this a couple weeks ago for our campground playground! It took roughly 16 hours to complete with 2 people building it! It seems like non sturdy at the beginning but when you get it finished it's definitely a very sturdy play set!! The kitchen areas in the bottom are so cute! This is a very nice play set! Definitely try to organize the wood by number and it will help it move along faster!!

Did not receive all the parts. No plastic parts have arrived. Filed a claim have not heard back yet.

Took about the 28 hours it said it would easy to follow directions shipped in 8 sectios and all togther pleanty of hardware. Looks beautiful and the kids love it!

Its a really good product. I was just thinking it was going to be a lot bigger. I was a little disappointed when we got done building it because in the picture it looks a lot bigger. But we are happy with the purchase.

2 days after I purchased, it went on sale for $400.00 less than I paid! I am a certified general contractor & it was a 1st class pain in the butt to assemble. To take inventory of all the pieces would take an acre of land & one full day! The pieces for the large fort should be in the same box or boxes & same for the small one. A lot of the numbers were not visible on the end of the wood pieces. But the grandkids love it & it looks great for Christmas!

Shipped really fast and easy. I am 150lb female and I moved all the boxes to backyard with wagon and put the whole thing together by myself in 4 days-about 24 hrs interrupted by 2yr old "help". It looks daunting but if you check off all the parts as you unpack then when you start putting together you know what it is. I had several double marked or unmarked parts but when doing checkin I was able to sort them out. I also kept the smaller box lid and sorted all of the hardware bags alphabetically. I also read full instructions for each part before starting which helped knowing what the end product was. Finally, make sure your 12 x 24 area is prepped and level. I did have the same issue with rebar screw heads popping the first day. I bought some lag bolts to replace them.

The kids absolutely love this! They spend hours in the backyard playing everyday. It has a steering wheel, a telescope , two kitchens/playhouse areas , two swings and a swing bar , three slides ; one of which is a tube slide, two rock walls to climb up and a tunnel to climb through. Setup has a bunch of pieces and you definitely need more than one person. Takes a few full days to build following step by step instructions . I'd say at least a full three days, but considering how big it is it's TOTALLY worth it. On a pallet delievered it is I believe 8 boxes with two boxes that are 150 pounds the rest are smaller increments . The grand total of weight on pallet via delivery said about 780 pounds . Truck said they could deliver in driveway in front of garage as they have to use pallet Jack and leave it on pallet. Overall best investment in my sanity . I now own the closest thing to a park in my backyard without worrying about the germs and my kids getting sick everytime we go play.
