So far we have Parts missing, instructions manual difficult to follow. Material looks very cheap.. for $2000 it could have been of better quality... maybe when the product is complete it will be better but right now i am regretting my purchase

I tried to contact you all several times and it goes nowhere. Many of the wood pieces were cracked.

Not for any children over the age of 3. Only one child at a time in any part of the houses. It is very small not worth over the 1900.00 dollars spent. To get it assemble was 900.00,which I refused to pay. The picture of the product looks much bigger and sophisticated than it actually is.

Parts came damaged due to an obvious forklift tongue. Had the operator said something I wouldn’t have had to wait for new parts. I understand this has nothing to do with the set itself. They were easy to get replaced and I had no issues getting the replacement parts/pieces. It states it is premium cedar and is sanded and stained. The board quality was no where near premium and some boards were severely warped and made putting it together very difficult. Be prepared to drill your own holes, measure and mark. It isn’t entirely ready to build. Directions were easy to read and understand, process was not confusing and I completed the entire construction alone in 24 hours total.

We purchased this set in November. Garaged kept until we assembled it in December. Followed all instructions to the "T". It is now January 12th, kids may have played on this a total of 10 days since it has been completed. Kids are ages 3 and 22 months. We already have boards that are splitting and coming apart. Provided screws are already breaking at the heads. I am extremely disappointed. I will update once I contact the manufacturer and see what they are going to do to remedy the situation.

Pretty solid once assembled, however a few pieces came broken so we reached out to the company and are waiting for a response.

Nightmare to assemble would have had to pay $1,600.00 to have a local company to assemble it so be prepared to diy shipped super fast paid $1,899.00 on sale

My husband did most of the assembly by himself so it took a little longer but well worth all the work. Our 2 year old loves it! Yes the assembly was extensive but this thing is crazy complex! We didn’t see any issues with the quality of the wood like some of the other reviews said. We are very pleased with the purchase!

This is A LOT to assemble. If you have one person to sort and two strong adults to assemble, you will do well. Our grandsons (2.5 yrs and 1) will enjoy it immensely for several years, however, it is not sturdy enough to hold up to "big kids" for the long haul.

We are very pleased with the product good quality materials, it does take 25-30 hours and 2 or more individuals to complete the build. It would be helpful if the instructions referenced which box each item can be found in (we got 8 boxes). Also would be helpful if someone could make a video with step by step instructions.
