Purchased this for my Granddaughter and she loves it. Many many pieces. Took 2.5 days to put together with 3 people. Best suggestion is to take everything out of the boxes and organize the pieces and a table to put the many screws on. Not going to lie some pieces we had to redo. Reading the directions a couple of times and looking at the pictures very carefully took a little bit longer. Directions could be better. Time consuming yes, directions need improvements but the look on the kids face is priceless I would do it again in a heart beat..

We’ve had our swingset up for a week now and the kids love it! It took my husband and uncle three days to assemble but was well worth it! My kids play for hours on it and it looks like it will hold up for years to come.

Bought this playset for our 3 and 4 year old daughters last year. They are 32-38lbs each, not even close to the weight limit. We live in Michigan so they didn’t even use it for 5/6 months of the year during the winter. Now the clamps for the spiral slide are broken in half. I didn’t spend over $2,000 on a playset to have to buy replacement parts with less than a year of use. My children can no longer play on their favorite slide due to safety. We will not be purchasing a kidkraft playset again

I have had issues with replacing a broken swing slide. A big run around. Many phone calls.

If you want this swing set by Christmas you better order now. Purchased 5/20/17, swing set delivery latest date 6/20, haven't received, told it's out of stock.

This configuration maximizes features in a consolidated footprint and at a reasonable price. The build took every bit of 26 hours with two people, even with using 4 drills and having every tool readily available. The hardest part was the tube slide and almost the most time consuming. The other most time consuming part was organizing the pieces and taking inventory of all the parts. I had two folding tables full of hardware and a yard full of wood pieces. The wood seemed semi-fresh, with limited splitting. Overall a satisfied customer. Would like a play set that included a zip line post. I will modify this one to have one come off the backside. The kids love it!
