Cabot is great. But these big blocks from Sams have been crumbling like the cowboys defense everytime i go to slice them for the padt 3 blocks.

Perfect sharp cheddar. Great for cheese tray, shredding and slicing. Hefty amount for a decent price.

Went to open it and the cheese was wet, but not moldy. When I looked at the expiration date it expired a month and a half before I bought it in store

Cabot cheese is exceptionally tasty, especially the variety of sharp choices. Extra Sharp is yummy and great to slice for snacking.

last 2 times i purchased was more real mild. I have been buying this for a while and was always good. Taste like they have changed it and I ended up throwing half of the last package away.
