I really like extra sharp cheddar and this is so good. Wish they had it in white extra sharp!

Great flavor

We love this extra sharp cheddar cheese. We don’t love that multiple times we have purchased it and when we open it later in the week we see mold on it. I bought a package on 3/1/26 with a “Best if used by” date of 7/11/26. Today, 3/6/20, I opened a package and there’s mold on all six sides. We have a thermometer in our brand new refrigerator so we know it’s keeping cold enough. The other cheeses in the same area are perfect. This cheese, not so much. Frustrating.

This is the cheese I buy. I grate it all and keep it in a ziplock bag. This is better than buying pre-shredded cheese.

Enjoy this cheese a great deal. Buy it regularly to shred for toppings for chili, tacos, casseroles and salads. Healthier, and cheaper, than preshredded cheese with a ton of anti-caking ingredients.
