We love this extra sharp cheddar cheese. We don’t love that multiple times we have purchased it and when we open it later in the week we see mold on it. I bought a package on 3/1/26 with a “Best if used by” date of 7/11/26. Today, 3/6/20, I opened a package and there’s mold on all six sides. We have a thermometer in our brand new refrigerator so we know it’s keeping cold enough. The other cheeses in the same area are perfect. This cheese, not so much. Frustrating.

This is the cheese I buy. I grate it all and keep it in a ziplock bag. This is better than buying pre-shredded cheese.

Tastes like Government cheese. Bland. Definitely not anywhere near xtra sharp. Been buying this for years. Thought the last 2 blocks were a “one off”. Nope!!!

I love it, sometimes it has ben frozen or improperly stored for pick up which causes it to crumble and and quality is not as fresh. It is the best otherwise

Has that extra-sharp cheddar "bite" and effectively lactose-free to boot. Makes a perfect melted cheese toast, burger or sandwich topper, mix-in for scrambled eggs or whatever. Excellent product.

Really tasty extra sharp cheddar. We use this to make a great Pimiento Cheese spread. Just add pimientos and mayo and juice from the pimientos to taste. Good stuff!! A favorite of ours!!
