I normally like Cabot cheese and it was okay. I am not sure if it was because it was a large piece but partway through the "bar" there were white spots that were kind of grainy. Wouldn't buy again.

Nice cheese for a reasonable price.

For some reason my stomach don't tolerates lactose and I like cheese very much. This cheese is specially made for people that doesn't tolerate lactose and the flavor is delicious.

We love this extra sharp cheddar cheese. We don't love that multiple times we have purchased it and when we open it later in the week we see mold on it. I bought a package on 3/1/26 with a “Best if used by” date of 7/11/26. Today, 3/6/20, I opened a package and there's mold on all six sides. We have a thermometer in our brand new refrigerator so we know it's keeping cold enough. The other cheeses in the same area are perfect. This cheese, not so much. Frustrating.

Love this cheese. Only problem is it sells out too much.

We eat an apple and 5 saltines topped with a piece of cheddar cheese!

Something change with this cheese is no longer sharp.

This is delicious cheese but it gets moldy VERY quickly-under a week. Dang :-(
