I like the taste of this cheese, although the seriously sharp cheese is also very good.

This is delicious cheese but it gets moldy VERY quickly-under a week. Dang :-(

I get this cheese to make pimento cheese and use in all my other recipes that call for cheddar. It has a great taste and melts smoothly in soups.

Been buy this for years but last purchase the cheese was very dry and not much flavor. Probably will not buy again!!

I always try to keep a block of this in my refrigerator. Sharp but not excessive, just plenty of flavor.

We use this on everything from eggs and tacos to Cincinnati three way chili (spaghetti onions sour cream and cheddar)!

It may be a 4 star, but it is better than all other except cracker barrel. Nice and dry, not rubbery like most of cheddars for sale.
