Bought this for my husband who just got out of rehab. It has helped him to shower without assistance and loves it. It is sturdy. I highly recommend it

The depth was a concern, but it works well with my mother's needs. The width was my main focus, and it's no problem at all, fits the tub perfectly. I would purchase a more comfortable pad for it, other than that it's fantastic.
