Very cheaply made. Broke after one use. This was purchased for a friend and made their stay very uncomfortable.

Impossible to put together due to the manufacturer attaching brackets incorrectly. I'm trying to get a refund on this for that reason.

it took a week to get here, I was it would be here 3 days and I needed it due to stroke. I'm sure you don't really care.

Fraud Alert! I ordered a bathroom shower chair and they sent me a pre-used non-returnable rolling walker.

The arms were not wide enough to fit in the slots so I can’t use them- is there a way to get wider ones? Otherwise the chair is perfect

So far we like it, it is rated for a heavier weight which I needed. I keep bending the lower rated ones
