Received product but unable to install arm rests, they are incorrect, too short, 12 inches. The correct arm rests need to be 15 inches to fit in the shower chair.

Bought for a family member but did not realize you can't return. Unfortunately they didn't like it so I'm stuck with it unused and in the box. They wanted something smaller.......... I did put it together and it is a study chair. Easy to assemble.

This is a good sturdy chair. It doesn't take up much room if you have a smaller shower. The arms can come off if you need them too. I am very pleased with it.

This chair is sturdy and perfect for my elderly parents. The adjustable height made it possible for my dad to lift himself off the chair without assistance. They now have their privacy and independence back. Easy to assemble.

The delivery was timely. Also to anyone needing to know ,open the box and look at the product because it’s very easy to put together. You can put it together in probably 10 minutes or less.! it feels pretty sturdy so far so good!

This chair. Is not for anyone over two hundred pounds even though it says three fifty ability. And for this reason I would like it to be we qualified And I would like the refund on my purchase

This is a very nice chair. However, even after taking the proper measurements, it is too large for our small shower. It will still be used in another shower because its too nice not to keep!
