this item is very nice,but too large for my shower. I could not return it because of walmart policy. I did not use this product, but I AM STUCK WITH IT.

Chair works really well in my bath tub and is much safer than me trying to stand up to take a shower in my bath tub. Lessens my chances of falling while trying to stand in my bath tub to take a shower.

Delivery was 2 weeks sooner than promised! No tools required, and although mqade in China all the screws fit and its a sturdy, easily assembled chair. Very pleased with speed of service

the brackets for the arms arefacing frontward and backward and the front and back holes are on the wron side.therefore the arms cannot be used.this was a chinese bfactory screwup.no quality control in china.

Received product but unable to install arm rests, they are incorrect, too short, 12 inches. The correct arm rests need to be 15 inches to fit in the shower chair.

My Dad loves the chair. Had a hard time getting in and out of the tub but this works perfect for him. Great for anyone having issues bathing sitting down in a tub.

This is perfect for my wife. She has switched to showers as getting in and out of tub for bath has become difficult Safe as it has arms and back which prevents slipping off.

I recommend this .. this is very useful and very good buy.. one star off for just it is little light weight .. May have been little heavy , can hold up to 200 lbs comfortably

It worked out very well. It didn't take up too much room in a small shower but my husband felt very comfortable and secure. I loved the option of removing the back.

I dislike this altogether you have ruined about 40 peoples Christmas. I’m working with the mentally ill and trying to just get jackets for they will otherwise be homeless with nothing and freezing. Oh well, no one cares.
