The chair is perfect. Extremely comfortable and helps me shower easily. Its much larger then the picture shows but strong and sturdy. Anyone who has problems with their back, knees, legs etc. this chair is perfect for showering. I highly recommend it.

Product was exactly as represented on the web site. It was very easily assembled without any tools. Delivery was exactly as promised although the series of events was somewhat confusing. The item was delivered a few hours before we were notified that delivery was pending. Shortly after that notification, we received a second E-mail saying that delivery was delayed. Since we already had the item in hand, I'm not sure what caused the two additional notifications.

It arrived ahead of time which was perfect! It is strudy and well made. This item is exactly as describled, It was easy to put together. No additional tools required. It supports the weight limit stated It is also adjustable so able to be used by various induviduals who are of different sizes. I bought this item as a suprise birthday present for my elderly female neighbor. I definitely knew I wanted to purchase the chair with the back and arm rest for her so she would feel safe and comfortable using it alone as needed, II believe it will last for many years becasue of the durable plastic that is is made of combined with the wonderful design features. I don't have to worry about her falling when trying to take a bath or shower in her own home. The price is well worth it for the safety, independence, peace of mind and comfort it provides to us both! I recommend having one of these around just in case because we neve know what can happen in our life , when it might be needed or for whom eithier.

I recently had foot surgery, non weight bearing. I had a shower chair but it had no back or side handles to assist me to get up without putting weight on my foot. This chair really helped me during this time. It was super easy for me at age 70 to put together. This is sturdy and comfortable, side handles %26 back were great and was a great price. I am very pleased with this purchase.

My husband is so happy with this chair. He feels safer in the shower. He had a stool and it was too wide for our walk in so we had to sit in long ways and he didn't have anything to help him get up. With the chair in fits perfectly and he has no problem getting up

Easy assembly. Be sure to match the A and B legs to A and B on the seat or the side arms will not fit. I say this because I see reviews complaining about not being able to insert the arms. The chair is sturdy and well built. Check tightness of screws after first use.

This Medline Shower Chair was easy to assemble and is perfect for our bathroom. Chair is comfortable and well made. My husband weighs 200 lbs and 6 ft tall. The legs are adjustable for his height. It is adjustable for someone who is short too. Great chair for the money!!

Fits my tub. Fits my body size. If someone is more than the 300 lb weight limit it may be tight for them. I'm 5' 8" which fits my height size. I lightly hold onto the handles to guide me out of the tub since the way my bathroom is arranged bars won't fit. I also bought the Medline bath mat to put under the chair and so I wouldn't slip getting out of the tub after surgery.

Like the product but dislike the delivery process and the unknowing from the people who we talked to concerning when our product was going to be delivered. We received the package 6 days after the original delivery date. Do not remember the delivery company but I was told that they do not deliver on weekends, wow that kinda blew my mind since every other delivery service I have ever dealt with delivered 7 days a week. I’m hoping that this next order that we just placed doesn’t turn out that way. This chair was for my mother who just moved in with my sister and needed it to taking a shower we had to take her elsewhere to get a shower until the chair came in.
