When assemling the chair the screws used to assemble the product potruded through the plastic seat of the chair.

The product was easy to assemble, it’s perfect for someone with smaller size, especially when using the arm rests.

Turned out it was even sturdier than we expected. The one he had been using did not have the arm rests and he needed them because of his increased fall risk. This one works great. Was very simple to put together and easy to adjust for the right height.

I first bought one of these chairs for my husband's walk-in shower. I liked it so much that I bought one for my bathtub. We had a stool. But this is soooo much better because it has a back and arms that we need in order to push ourselves up. Easy to put together - no tools needed and the instructions are clear and simple.

Like the product but dislike the delivery process and the unknowing from the people who we talked to concerning when our product was going to be delivered. We received the package 6 days after the original delivery date. Do not remember the delivery company but I was told that they do not deliver on weekends, wow that kinda blew my mind since every other delivery service I have ever dealt with delivered 7 days a week. I’m hoping that this next order that we just placed doesn’t turn out that way. This chair was for my mother who just moved in with my sister and needed it to taking a shower we had to take her elsewhere to get a shower until the chair came in.
