This cheese has gone downhill. It is not stringy when melted, and tastes more like American cheese lately. Bad move Sam's!!

Great price. Melts really well added to the top of pizza...ooy gooey :-) Great mozzarella taste.

Sam's club used to carry a whole milk mozzarella which melted very nicely. This cheese is dry and crusty when it melts and has a rubbery texture.

They must have changed this cheese-doesn’t Mel on pizzas-looks and tastes like plastic when it’s melted!!! Will be returning my half used bag.

Can't believe same clubs sells this, at least have a whole milk substitute. Or sell Grande. Maybe if you like dry, tasteless, or cheese that browns easily you'll like this. Not for me, im looking for real cheese.
