It's a lot of cheese for the money, but not the best quality.  It tastes ok, but doesn't melt well.

Mozzarella cheese

Good value, but not the best flavor.

Just feels and tastes fake. The threads are more like crumbles when you start adding it onto Pizza.  I wish they would sell the 5 or 6 pound block/loaf so I can shred it the right way myself

Not Good

We buy this all the time.  It is delicious and is much less expensive to buy it at Sam’s.  We bag it in freezer bags with about three cups of cheese in each bag, then put the excess in the freezer until needed.  It freezes well and can be used for so many dishes.
