It has a smooth taste packed full of umami and isn’t overly salty. I love the packaging, the label is pleasing retro and the bottle neck is the right size for the consistency of the product. If you love to cook Asian food at home you need this premium quality sauce in your pantry. I use it in Thai and Vietnamese dishes as well as Chinese.
The best quality!

For a start, its much more thicker than the usual stuff. Secondly, it has a wonderful taste and enriches so many dishes. Although it is bigger than most of the other brand bottles, I have been surprised at how much I have already used. I found it to be great in a stir fry, adding a wonderful, umami flavour. I used it in chicken and vegetable spring rolls as well as in a meat pie stew. From now on I won’t be using any other make of sauce
Great value

The texture is silky and tastes great drizzled over steamed vegetables or used as a base sauce in a stir fry. The packaging is solid. This is now much go-to oyster sauce.
Great sauce

The neck is well sealed. I was glad that the sauce was made in the USA. Not a bad line-up. The sauce is thick and viscous, dark brown in color. The sauce is very salty with a sweet tinge, but besides that, the taste of the sauce is quite versatile. The only thing I didn't really like was that I got the feeling that there were notes of soda in the aftertaste. I have not tried such sauces before, so, unfortunately, I cannot judge how correct it is. But I tried the concentrated version (straight from the bottle). If you cook with this sauce, you definitely do not need to salt the dish. Also, in my opinion, it is better to dilute the sauce a ...
It's worth a try

Every time I use it, the flavor depth it brings to my dishes is just amazing. Whether I’m throwing together a quick stir-fry or marinating some meat, this sauce instantly elevates the meal with its rich, savory goodness. I love how it hits that perfect balance of salty and sweet without overpowering other flavors. It’s like a secret ingredient that makes everything taste just a little bit better, and I find myself reaching for it often.
Great flavor and very versatile

I used the sauce for marinating steak. The result pleasantly surprised me! Spicy glaze and light delicious aroma. Ingredients quality is excellent. The packaging design is authentic, it reminds of the source of the sauce recipe and its history. I will definitely buy more!
New experience for me!

I usually put it on sushi rolls, but this was my first time using it to cook, and I loved it. I used it to make a steak marinade, and it came out delicious, very delicious. I will continue to use the oyster sauce to cook more things. I suggest trying this out if you're looking for a new flavor.
A great ingredient

As a Thai person, oyster sauce is always a must in Thai food. I love how balanced the taste of this sauce was, I can use it with any recipe it calls for.

It brings a nice umami flavor to my stir fries and chicken dishes. I like that the flavor isn’t too fishy. Plus, the bottle is really cute/decorative compared to my other condiments!
Perfect in a stir fry

I’ve been looking to include oyster sauce in plenty of my cookies and here it is thanks to Influenster. I love the flavor profile. I am going to look for more dishes that I can make with this.

It can be used for noodle stir fry, marinading meats, or made into a dipping sauce. It is a versatile ingredient that add extra salty unique flavor into chicken pork or beef. It's super delicious and I'd highly recommend it.
A Staple in my Household

The flavor was consistent. I used it to make garlic noodles since it requires oyster sauce. I like that it comes in a small bottle compared to other large ones - it makes it easier to store in the fridge. Overall it’s a good oyster sauce. It can be used for many dishes.

mial198_3974Originally posted onLee Kum Kee - 5 out of 5 stars review10/18/2024[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d like to start off by saying I don’t usually like oyster sauce, so I was a little skeptical about this sauce. I could not have been more pleasantly surprised! I tested this out by using it to marinate flank steak for two hours. It pairs really well with meat and gives it the right amount of saltiness while still giving it a slightly sweet touch that is subtle and not overbearing. This bottle will last for quite a few meals so at the 10 dollar price point it really is worth the price. It comes with quite a bit of sodium but that is expected of any oyster sauce. The consistency is nice and thick compared to other oyster sauces on the market. Overall, I would highly recommend this to give ...
First oyster sauce I love

A little goes a long way with this product. The smell is pungent but the flavor is subtle…. Just the right umami.
Huge Umami in a Teaspoon
gratitudegeek_6425Originally posted onLee Kum Kee - 5 out of 5 stars review2/19/2025[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Influenster and Lee Kum Kee in exchange for my honest review. I used this when cooking chicken stir fry and I can confidently say I didn’t have to add anymore seasoning than this oyster sauce. It absolutely made the dish. The packaging is high quality and came with a recipe to use this sauce with that I thought was a nice touch. The sauce itself was not too overpowering and added just the right amount of umami to any dish I cooked with it.
Umami yum!

I made a red curry Thai soup and used this in lieu of fish sauce. It’s rich and thick and I only needed a tablespoon. I look forward to creating more Asian recipes.
Great for recipes!
