I usually use a different brand but was excited to try this as I used oyster sauce in a lot of my recipes, but this was heavily disappointing. The only flavor I get from this is "tangy" with no complexity or anything else. It isn't gross or anything, it's just exceedingly bland.

Compared to my favorite oyster sauce, this one is less “oyster-y”, and more salty with a ton of sesame flavor. It is great on veggies, broccoli, and stir-fry!
