I bought this chair about 2 years ago from an outlet store. it worked well. Like everyone else, there is a design flaw with this brand. The metel hinges fail and makes the back fall backwards. I'm 350 pounds. This chair is rated for 350 pounds. I came here looking for anyone who had the same issue. Lots of people had this issue. One person who had the issue, listed how he fixed it. HERE IS THE FIX: Search online for ratchet straps. My chair is black, so i bought a set of 2 ratchet straps from Amazon. The brand that i got was Endless Rathet Tie Down Straps Heavy Duty. You will only need one to fix your chair. The strap is 8 feet long. Fix your chair to the upright position (if it has falled back) Start by standing behind the chair. Loop the strap under the right armrest, in front of the seat back and through the left armrest and end the loop at the ratchet in the middle back of the chair. Make sure that the strap is flat. Loop the strap through the ratchet (if you don't know how, there are instructions on YouTube - search for How to use a Ratchet Strap) Once the strap is flat, feed the strap through the ratchet and as it tightens up, pull the ratchet and strap as high as you can in the front and back. It should only go up about six inches or less from where the seat back bends or the bottom of the seat back. You want as much pressure pulling the back of both armrests where the failing metal hinges are to pull those armrests together. Kind like if you let your arms hang by your sides. you raise both arms to interlock your fingers and someone wraps a rope around you to press your elbows into your sides so they cannot move. Now just use the ratchet mechanism to tighten the strap as tight as you can. This should 100% fix your chair. I paid $14.50 (including delivery) for 2 ratchet straps. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't had any problems. If anything my chair feels more secure. You will have excess strap length and you can cut it or just let it hang or use a zip tie to tie it up. Make sure you get a ratchet strap at least 6 feet. You don't want one that is too short nor do you want the ratchet straps with hooks. I hope this helps.

First I had an issue with the hydrulic lift of the chair. Had to jump through a ton of hoops to get a replacement. I decided the heck with this and bought my own and fixed my chair. The buggest joke is the material this is covered with. Peels very quick. Chair looks like heck with minimal use. There are way better chairs out here than these things. Laz boy my foot... The customer service is a huge joke. So is this chair.

Pretty simple to assemble. The chair is comfortable - but would love to be able to tilt it back a little. The tilt lever allows it to tit back/rock with a lot of pressure (maybe easier for a stronger/larger person) but it won’t hold that tilt. It only locks in the straight position. This means I slide out! Bought a little foot rest for under my desk which should help!

bought my chair 08Nov2019, so yeah I've used it a few months but this morning i had to raise the seat, thought nothing of it thought that maybe my wife used it (but she did not) so thought out the day when using the chair it would drop a bit so then i would raise it so this was done a few more times until it just bottomed out and so there it stayed... the chair is nice but if i wanted to sit on the floor i wouldn't have gotten the chair... at this time i would not recommend the chair to a friend...

This is the 3rd one I have purchased in the past 7 years. I love it and is very comfortable. The one thing I hope the manufacturer sees is the armrest leather does crack due to using it to get up and down. Other than that they look like new. Maybe a different material. I did not hesitate to get another one as it is very nice and well made. Doesn't take but several minutes to put together.

This chair is probably the easiest to assemble but it is not for people with long legs. There is only 18inch from the back to the end of the seat. If the back sat further back or could be adjusted it would be a great chair. So I will be returning this chair.

Easy to assemble and works for short periods but if you are a big person, under the 350lb weight limit, this chair will eventually hurt your lower back. Also, it is a bit hard to sit on and not very comfortable for long periods of seating. It causing muscle strain in your legs and backside, which can cause pain in your back and arms. It is decent for the price, but I would expect a better made product for the namesake.

Very comfortable, and solid feeling chair. Especially easy set up. Unpacking took longer than assembly, and the wheels are very smooth on hard floors. I was planning on swapping the original wheels for some after market ones but when I felt how smooth the original wheels felt I knew there was no need. Very satisfied.

While this has been a reasonably comfortable chair, the leather surface has been less than satisfactory. One of the armrests and a section of the seat has lost its thin layer of leather surface, which is what bonded leather does. Now I look for "genuine leather" as getting real lasting leather.

Love this chair
