So far so good. Very simple tool free assembly. Seems to be a high quality comfortable chair.

In a few months it completely breaks and you cannot sit upright anymore.

Nice chair. Might be for a big person but definitely not a tall person. The seat section cuts you off mid thigh. Disappointing.

This Chair was delivered on July 6, 2020 & by the middle of August the wheels keep falling off & the screws that hold the arm rest & back of the seat up keep unscrewing. I have had cheaper Office Chairs that hold up better then this piece of JUNK!

Poor quality. The metal pieces broken. Chair always squeaky. Can seem to get Customer Support to answer when I call the auto-voice message states they’re experiencing high call volumes whenever I call. They never answer.

I purchased in Late June. Design is poor. No assembly on chair but it folds down over and over. Less than 2 months later the caster has broken off the bottom. Save your money.

This chair sucks, its cute and not functional, cannot go low enoug, no lumbar support i will get sore back, requires person to sit straight up like a post if typing. It Sucks no wonder so cheap

It’s functional, that the best I can say about it. It creaks and pops to the point of being extremely annoying. Unfortunately I’m stuck with it. You get what you pay for.

This chair is for VERY tall people. I am 5'10" and with the seat lowered all the way my feet barely touch the floor. In the highest setting my feet are several inches off the floor. Not recommended if you are average height.

bought my chair 08Nov2019, so yeah I've used it a few months but this morning i had to raise the seat, thought nothing of it thought that maybe my wife used it (but she did not) so thought out the day when using the chair it would drop a bit so then i would raise it so this was done a few more times until it just bottomed out and so there it stayed... the chair is nice but if i wanted to sit on the floor i wouldn't have gotten the chair... at this time i would not recommend the chair to a friend...
