So I took a leap of faith, and ordered the color I wanted which is black. The box came a little beat up, but everything looked in order and no damage done. Chair was very well packed for this reason I think. Anyway, I've put office chairs together before...and this one was the easiest assembly I've ever done...period. A very solid chair....and the leather is very supple, soft, and cushions very nice! 5 star review for a great chair....highly recommend!

Great Chair

Chair is rated to 350 lbs and warranty up to 10 years. We are under 300. Have had the chair in use for about 6 months and there is no way it will last a year let alone up to 10 years. The one arm is no longer stable and the back makes a snapping sound when sitting down in it. This replaced a tall and big chair rated to 450lbs from Brylan Home that was in constant use for over 8 years. The leather was shot and I would have recovered it but the slot holding one of the wheels broke and would no longer hold the wheel on. I was hoping that a La z Boy would have had a much better quality than this one has.

I've had this chair barely over two months and it is almost completely unusable! The backrest to the chair snaps into the armests, where there is a button on each side to put the backrest down. Unfortunately, it constantly snaps out when leaning back against the chair, and now it has snapped out so much that it has essentially stripped out and will not even support any weight being leaned against it. The chair has specific instructions to not return to the store, but I have called and emailed without any response. I really just want my money back!

I've had two of these chairs and while they are comfortable, they are cheaply made. Looks nice until the fake leather starts to peel off. Thought the first was maybe a lemon and the chair was so comfortable that I shelled out another $200 dollars to try again. The first wasn't a lemon. They're all lemons.

Major design flaw... after a few months the folding back falls through when you lean back in it. Could be dangerous for an elderly person.

Got this chair 1 hr ago put it together and the left arm rest began sheerring where the pin is suppose to fit securley will be returning tomorrow.
