Please google the reviews for this chair! The seat back does not fit properly into the bracket and it pops out of place. TrueInnovations is a shell company and they do not offer customer service (read the reviews). The box says 10-year warranty, but don't believe it. My chair was broken the same day I purchased it!

I bought this brand new La-Z-Boy chair at Sam's Club for $250. I spent about 1 hour putting it together. It wasn;t very hard to put together. However, one of the levers doesn't fit into the receiver slot on the bottom of the chair. The lever base is too big for the receiver slot built-in on the bottom of the chair. Therefore, I was only able to loosely secure that lever somewhat into the metal receiver. When installation was complete, I sat in the chair and used the right level to raise and lower the seat. However, when trying to use the left lever to lock and unlock the recline feature, the chair DOES NOT RECLINE! The left lever is no good. What an incredible waste of time and money spent. I will be returning this faulty chair immediately for either a replacement chair, or to get a full refund. Massively disappointed in this chair!

I have put together quite a few office chairs in my day — but if they had all been like this one, I would never have dreaded seeing an unassembled chair come through my door. Kudos to the design team who put this chair together- it looks good, feels good but most of all the assembly was a snap - fastest I have EVER put one together and EASY! I will now be a lifelong Lazboy customer after this!

Great Chair

I've had the chair for 10 days now. Plastics are warped and popping out of place. The finish on the painted plastic parts makes it look cheap up close. The support system for the back is tied to the arm rests. If pressure is applied to the arm rests, even at a small angle the chair falls apart. I can see how this system makes it easy to put together, but at the cost of structural integrity.

i bought this 2 weeks ago, and the 2nd week i noticed my right arm rest was making a clicking noise. come to find out , the manual didnt tell you why there was an allen wrench. i popped off allen bolt covers (there are 3 on each arm rest) and found out the bolts were completely loose, tightned them up. chair is perfect. i am 6'7" 290lbs. i would have gave this chair a five star but the manufacturer not advising the purpose of the allen wrench, i gave it a 4 star. great chair for the price.

This item should not be sold, as it is a serious injury waiting to happen. The pins that hold the back of the chair are faulty. Multiple times I have leaned back and the chair back has failed, forcing me to catch myself before falling on the back of my head and neck. Note - I contacted the actual company responsible (True Innovations) and they were pleasant, but the piece they sent did not fix the problem. I am out the money and either have to spend it again or risk injury to sit at my desk.

Chair was comfy but didn't last 6months. Its seat was weak right away and breaking. I put in a warranty ticket in October 22 and was told 6 to 8wks to get a new one. Well come April 23 the rest of the chair failed on the arm rests. It also was a very squeaky chair. They made it more robust I'd give it full stars. At 6'7" it fit me nicely but poor overall build quality.

So I took a leap of faith, and ordered the color I wanted which is black. The box came a little beat up, but everything looked in order and no damage done. Chair was very well packed for this reason I think. Anyway, I've put office chairs together before...and this one was the easiest assembly I've ever done...period. A very solid chair....and the leather is very supple, soft, and cushions very nice! 5 star review for a great chair....highly recommend!
