The most comfortable chair!!!

I have owned other versions of this chair previously. In time, the gas lifts will give out. Getting support from the company is nearly impossible. I just bought the chair a few days ago and already have a problem with the gas lift slowly lowering down. I've been sitting in it this morning and finally realized that I was nearly all the way down. I'm not impressed. It's extremely annoying and I will be returning this garbage.

I bought this a month ago. The seat has already started sagging. And it constantly, from the moment I "put it together" made so many clicking and popping noises. I ignored it thinking maybe it was just how the chair is. Then recently the pins that make the back of the seat go down, popped out when I leaned back. Not even forcefully laying back or anything like that, just leaning on the backrest of the chair. It was scary. I pushed the pins back in using 2 butter knives and pushed the seat back in place hoping it was a one-time thing but nope. I can't lean back at all now without it happening. I am within the pound limits and I am 5'6. Maybe it would be a nice chair for someone who is not big & tall.

This item should not be sold, as it is a serious injury waiting to happen. The pins that hold the back of the chair are faulty. Multiple times I have leaned back and the chair back has failed, forcing me to catch myself before falling on the back of my head and neck. Note - I contacted the actual company responsible (True Innovations) and they were pleasant, but the piece they sent did not fix the problem. I am out the money and either have to spend it again or risk injury to sit at my desk.

Chair was comfy but didn't last 6months. Its seat was weak right away and breaking. I put in a warranty ticket in October 22 and was told 6 to 8wks to get a new one. Well come April 23 the rest of the chair failed on the arm rests. It also was a very squeaky chair. They made it more robust I'd give it full stars. At 6'7" it fit me nicely but poor overall build quality.

Not what was offerred

i bought this 2 weeks ago, and the 2nd week i noticed my right arm rest was making a clicking noise. come to find out , the manual didnt tell you why there was an allen wrench. i popped off allen bolt covers (there are 3 on each arm rest) and found out the bolts were completely loose, tightned them up. chair is perfect. i am 6'7" 290lbs. i would have gave this chair a five star but the manufacturer not advising the purpose of the allen wrench, i gave it a 4 star. great chair for the price.

I read some of the questionable reviews so I was a little hesitant, but I ended up purchasing anyhow. What a mistake. Right out of the box the seat had a large gash in it. After reading how horrible the customer service is from the manufacturer I opted to just return directly to Sam's and had no issues getting my money back. Extremely disappointing. With all the recent problematic reviews Sam's should look into another brand of office chair to carry in their stores.

The display chair at the store was comfortable and exactly what I needed, so I bought one. When I got it home however, it ended up being far less comfortable, and it was also taller than the display chair was, so it doesn't fit under my desk as it should have, so that's already very annoying in my already small bedroom. That's not the worst of it though; the worst of it is not even a month later and it's rickety and noisey and squealy, and it pops!! It will randomly do this horrible loud POP when I sit back, as if the back wasn't fully seated into the slot, and it startles everyone in the room, ESPECIALLY my 7 month old... I've tried to oil it several times to get rid fo the squeeks at least, to no avail. In fact, after oiling it again just recently, I noticed that the screws that holds the chair to the baseplate were insanely loose only after 2 months. When I tightened them, the chair started making a NEW squeaking noise, and now i'm just concerned if the thing is going to fall apart or not. I bought some bearing grease and some threadlocker, so hopefully after I tinker with the chair it'll be tolerable, but frankly I absolutely regret buying it. I've been laid off since march, my line of work won't open up again until sometime next year, and my enhanced unemployment is running out, and despite all of that, I'm still considering throwing this chair in the garbage and buying something else. This is ridiculous.

So I took a leap of faith, and ordered the color I wanted which is black. The box came a little beat up, but everything looked in order and no damage done. Chair was very well packed for this reason I think. Anyway, I've put office chairs together before...and this one was the easiest assembly I've ever done...period. A very solid chair....and the leather is very supple, soft, and cushions very nice! 5 star review for a great chair....highly recommend!
