Disappointed
Disappointed. Always have to deep fill to have water cover clothing (poor sensors evidently). Clothes not always clean, leaving lint or residue. Tub dirty on bottom after washing clothes which makes me wonder how clean clothes really are. I suggest: Don't buy this.

I don't understand the bad reviews. I've never had to use the deep fill option to get the clothes wet. It drizzles water in, turns the tub, drizzles water in, turns. Never had a problem with clothes coming out of the washer too sopping wet or dry as if they weren't washed. Clothes are clean, very well spun out, and it's super efficient in how fast it washes! The jingle when it's done is a few seconds and I don't know why people have complained about that either. I run the Normal cycle for all clothes and any bedding I run on the bedding/waterproof cycle just in case. No problems.
Makes laundry a pleasure

WASHING MACHINE NOT UP TO MY STANDARDS.
My old washer died after giving me 42 YEARS of faithful service! I would have repaired it, but they no longer make parts for it. That forced me to buy a new machine. I'm a big fan of great LG products and have been for many years. But THIS washer is the exception to the rule! The first load of laundry I did, I used the "Normal" cycle. There was not enough water in that tub to even thoroughly wet all the clothes! I had thrown a scoop of OxyClean in and when the clothes came out, they had OxyClean all over them! I had to re-wash the entire load and wound up using the "Deep fill" cycle in order to get enough water to even do the load. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT.

Hard for short person to remove laundry
Got this machine for my Mom. She loves how quiet it is and easy to use, however she is 5'2" tall and cannot reach all items out of this machine. She uses a step stool to get laundry out. SO if you or someone you know is short or uses a wheel chair they will need assistance to remove items after they have been washed.
Worst Purchase Ever
Worst Purchase ever. Bought this for my bed and breakfast. Items do not get clean no matter what setting I use. I've contacted LG numerous times with no resolution. When the wash cycle is over, some of the clothes are still dry because they are never fully submerged. It has a large capacity The water level never gets high enough to submerge all the clothes. Complete waste of money, going to have to buy a new washer.

No great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no control over adding more water. All cycles should have hot water. Heavy duty cycle is way too long. My clothes were way more white. If I knew how this machine worked prior to buying it it would not. The dryer is nice. I quinge when it’s laundry time.
