Everything about this has been great. Delivery was a breeze 10 min.they took the old one out and hooked up new washer in 10 min. guys were friendly The washer is so quiet water saver,read instructions if you don't think there is enough water but it knows what it's doing.

Absolutely terrible. First, running a load, it wouldn’t drain and started blinking like crazy, after it said it was complete, the clothes would come out dripping wet, I was ringing out the clothes of water. I would try again. 4 hours later and same thing. I ended up unplugging washer with all clothes on there and running another load and after 6 hours, bingo! Then, it did the below (see images) with the detergent and ruined this towel. Absolutely awful machine

As others have mentioned it does not even completely wet your laundry. Clothes can not be getting clean if they are not even getting wet. The only alternative is to chose the Deep Fill option which completely fills the machine with water. So you will not be able to wash a partial load of clothes. If you try washing a partial load with the machine full of water you will notice the agitation is to strong and your clothes will tear and pill as mine have done. I tried using the gentle cycle to wash clothes but the gentle cycle has 2 rinse cycles, again wasting so much water. This HE water saving machine is causing me to waste so much water. and it is ruining my clothes,

I like this washer so far. The pros are that it is quiet, has a good balancing system, and you can wash a lot in one load. The cons are I dislike the normal setting, just not enough water to properly wash the clothes. So I have learned to use the Heavy Duty or the Deepwash. I have only had it a few months so can't comment on durability.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes clothes fast! There is a learning curve to this washer just like every other one will also have a learning curve. The heavy duty cycle is best for my husbands work clothes(blue collar) and normal cycle works best for me & my sons clothes. The pods do not work with this washer they don’t dissolve all the way. For this washer I recommend a liquid HE detergent. I don’t use powder detergent bc they clog up the washer real quick.

Have had this machine for several months. As the other reviewer mentioned, there is not near enough water let into the Normal cycle to even wet the clothes let alone agitate properly. Have tried emailing but the site freezes when Submit is pressed. Was under the impression an automatic washer did not need to be babysat.

This wasn't my first choice for washer but I am happy we bought this washer. Very quiet washer ! This is a great buy for Budget washer that gets the job done. The clothes come out smelling clean. We didn't have it in our budget to spend the extra $ 200 for a higher end washer.

It’s good to have clear lid on top. Is it normal that the partial top of the load doesn’t get wet with normal cycle? Generally, only the cloth along the agitator is like washed but the rest floats on the same spot and hardly rotates. It says “Deep Fill option allows you to add extra water to any cycle with the touch of a button, but “normal” cycle doesn’t get Deep Fill, the machine cancels that function, so I have to choose the option from other cycles. Spin is good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have no control over adding more water. All cycles should have hot water. Heavy duty cycle is way too long. My clothes were way more white. If I knew how this machine worked prior to buying it it would not. The dryer is nice. I quinge when it’s laundry time.
