Great machine !

Have had my washer about a month and so far I am very pleased with it. It's a straight-forward basic machine that does everything I expect from a washer. I do feel my clothes are actually getting cleaner than with my previous machine.

Best washer I’ve ever owned

Love my new washer. Wasn’t sure if having the agitator would be a negative, but the drum is super roomy and clothes are coming out perfectly clean. Love the quietness and the chime when load is finished, too.

We're happy to hear that you love the features and functions of the washer, Hence, agitators is an advantage as it break up grime and moves clothes around the drum for better clean and performance. Door issue

After purchasing this washer, less than year, the door started popping really loud. LG sent a repairman and he had to replace the door under warranty. One year later, it does it. Spoke to an LG rep and she told me to lube with silicon spray. Already did this and it didn’t work. Then she asked did I purchase an extended warranty or a home warranty. Um, same issue every year I shouldn’t have had to. When I purchase another one(this one won’t be here long) it will not be an LG

Hi, Beth. Thank you for sharing what’s been happening with your LG Washer (WT6105CW) model. We understand the importance of having a washer that operates smoothly long‑term.

When a lid or door begins making a loud popping sound, one helpful step is to check the hinge screws and mounting points to ensure they’re fully tightened and aligned. Even slight shifts from regular use can cause the hinge to flex and create noise during opening or closing. It can also help to inspect the lid dampers to confirm they’re moving evenly, as uneven tension can contribute to the popping you described. You can explore more details about your model here:
https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-WT6105CW.

We’d be glad to review this situation further and document the repeated issue. Please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com so we can assist you directly. ^Juvy

Laundry disaster

Bad appliance

As you can see in the pictures, that is how the laundry comes out of the washer ever since I got it. At first I thought it was the detergent I was using. I tried several brands of liquid detergent and all with the same result. Stained cloths straight of of the washer. I have to hand wash my underware both inside & out. I want the washer replaced as soon as possible. (The dryer has been great).

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with the LG WT6105CW. We understand how frustrating it must be to have laundry come out stained, especially after trying multiple detergents. That’s certainly not the performance we want for you. Before reaching out to customer service, you might try these quick troubleshooting steps: Check detergent type and amount – Use only high-efficiency (HE) detergent and follow the recommended measurement. Run a cleaning cycle – Many stains can be caused by buildup inside the drum or detergent drawer. Sort laundry properly – Avoid overloading and separate heavily soiled items from delicate fabrics. Check water temperature – Some stains may require warmer water for better cleaning. If the issue persists, please contact LG Canada Support so we can review your case in detail. When you reach out, provide this reference number: CNN260225254583. You can reach us at 1-888-542-2623 (Monday–Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET) or via: • Contact Us: https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/ We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and are glad the dryer has been performing well. We’re here to help.

Worst Washer I've Owned

If you love sorting laundry, doing multiple small loads, and replacing your knits frequently, then perhaps this washer is for you. The glass lid is key - you can see the problems. The tub spins at the start of the cycle, making clothes bunch at the edge of the tub. This means that the Normal water level doesn't rise high enough to even wet all the clothes in a small to medium load. The fabric wicks water, so if you're not watching, you'll think at the end of the cycle that all the garments were actually washed in soapy water, but no. Same with a load of 4 towels. The agitator action in Normal mode pulls hard on knit sleeves and hems, stretching the garments. Knits need to be washed on Delicate but with Deep Fill water to wet everything, which means extra time. In the Deep Wash cycle, water covers a load of 4 towels because the entire tub fills with water, about twice what's needed. Clothes in any cycle come out wet, which increases dry time.

Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience with your LG Washer. Your detailed description of how the tub spins at the start of the cycle, how clothing bunches along the edges, and how the water level doesn’t always rise enough to fully wet the load gives a very clear picture of what you’ve been seeing with the LG unit. Your notes about knit garments stretching, the need to use Deep Fill for proper saturation, and the longer dry times also help highlight how the cycles have been performing for you. To allow us to properly investigate the details of your specific product model and to see how we can assist with your wash‑performance‑ and water‑level‑related issue being encountered, please send us an email at lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com if you need further assistance. Look for something else

This is the absolute WORST washing machine I have ever owned. About all it does is get the stink out of clothes (and that is probably because I use a vinegar rinse to cut any remaining detergent residue left after it rinses). If an item goes in with dirt on it, it will come out with a stain -even if pretreated. It is suppose to have a "smart" water level detection but I have found if I use anything but the deep fill, this machine does not put in enough water to get the whole load wet. I have had this machine for less than 1 yr and I am looking for a replacement (front loader next time). I am more than willing to take the hit for what I paid for this LG machine. So disappointed.
