Has a lot of great features

We bought this for a Christmas present to ourselves and we are so glad we did it has beautiful colors, they are so more vivid and it turns on instantly. We love the Samsung company as this tv replaced Samsung plasma tv that we had for 14 years

Love our new tv

It’s been a week and we love our new tv! The set up took a little time to figure out but in the end it was worth it! Great picture great purchase! The only downfall is the remote, needs a better remote!

Outdated?

Purchased 3 months ago. Updated to spectrum and found out my TV is not supported by it. Model ends in D and only show F. Therefore, I can not use the spectrum remote correctly.

Processor

The TV is great however the processor is very slow for being a smart TV. We have tried clearing cache and removing apps but does not seem to speed up the TV. Seems like apps load very slowly compared to other TV's.

Check for firmware updates – Keeping your TV up to date can resolve many performance issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now 2. Run Device Care – This tool checks system memory, frees up cached data, and closes background apps that could be slowing things down: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Start Device Care 3. Cold boot your TV – With the TV powered on, press and hold the Power button on your remote for 5+ seconds until the TV restarts. This helps refresh the system. Bought this TV 3 months ago to replace an older Samsung. This Tv has so many functions I don't know where to start. Great value for the money. And I was able to use the old mounting bracket for an easy install.

wifi problems

tv looks and works great. but i’m having 1 problem with it. It doesn’t stay connected to the wifi and the only way I can get it to reconnect is to reset my router. All 4 other tvs stay connected, this one is the only one with this problem
