Love them! All 3!

I love our new Samsung TVs. My husband and I gifted ourselves smart TVs for Christmas! My only wish would be if the commercials could be quieter. Still my pet peeve...that they are so loud!

TV is good but remote is bad!

I am pretty satisfied with my tv. Picture quality seems very good. The remote leaves a lot to be desired. It is too small and very hard and confusing to use.

Very satisfied with the company and our purchase

Ok tv

This is the second Samsung tv we purchased. Every now and then, when turning on the tv, we get no sound. I have to unplug the tv for about 30 seconds then upon turning it on, we get sound.

Fast loading of the apps

I got it for Christmas and it has been the best television I have ever owned. Incredible picture super fast loading times when accessing the apps. I love it.

I love my Samsung TV

This Samsung 50" TV is perfect for my entertainment room. The picture display is bright and the color is very vibrant. It was so easy to set up and connect to my AppleTV device. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Love it

Love Samsung TVs, its all we will buy. We cast from our Samsung phones and it is seemless. Love the extra broadcast channels when we hooked it to wifi. Could not be happier.

Not thrilled

I have had this for a month or two now. My Vizio was better to be honest. And for the life of me I cannot get it to stop giving me directions on turning on/off. So annoying

Voice Guide is an accessibility function to assist users who are visually impaired. It is possible that you have turned it on by accident by holding down the volume button on your TV remote. To turn off Voice Guide, navigate to Home > Settings > All Settings> General > Accessibility > Voice Guide Settings > Voice Guide. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Great picture but the remote is inconsistent.

It has a mind of it's own !! It will not turn my Samsung soundboard on. Sometimes the CC appears without prompt. Sometimes it returns to home screen while we are watching. Settings are not user friendly.

Hi Doorman, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have a few recommendations that may resolve some of the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If your soundbar is connected via HDMI, please ensure Anynet+ is enabled. Go to Settings, then select External Device Manager. From here, enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) if it isn’t turned on. Next, please run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds.
