good picture

the tv works fast and clear ; however the remote its cumbersome , hard to program and easy to miss operate. the tv doesnt post all the downloaded apps nor its easy to find them

Not Like My Old Samsungs

I had this set up Monday. By Thursday I could not access normal TV.I could only get Netflix. Now I have to hire someone to fix it! I like Samsung products and but their TVs. Never had a problem before. Can't find a way to fix it.Not Fun!

Great features

This was my second Samsung TV. So far so good. No complaints whatsoever. My phone, stove. Fridge and microwave are also Samsung. Not so pleased with fridge, the ice maker always freezes up.

Better than I expected!

Could not be more happy with this 75” Samsung TV! It is so much easier to operate and have a lot more features than I expected! The pictures are great. Highly recommend this one!

the tv seems to be ok, but the remote sucks

it has a good picture, I am not real happy with the remote, the sound and channel buttons are difficult to use, they do not work as I would like them to, changing the channel is a pain in the butt, and ajusting the sound is something to be desired

Great picture but the remote is inconsistent.

It has a mind of it's own !! It will not turn my Samsung soundboard on. Sometimes the CC appears without prompt. Sometimes it returns to home screen while we are watching. Settings are not user friendly.

Hi Doorman, Thank you for reaching out to us. I have a few recommendations that may resolve some of the issues you are experiencing. First, let's ensure you are running the latest firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. If your soundbar is connected via HDMI, please ensure Anynet+ is enabled. Go to Settings, then select External Device Manager. From here, enable Anynet+ (HDMI-CEC) if it isn’t turned on. Next, please run a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. If you continue to have issues, please reach out to us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. needs work on the set up and connections

Bought this to replace my 12 year old unit that died. Tried to install and have not been able to get to my brouser Spectrum for my favorite shows. Not real happy with the unit.
